Fantastic experience. Great gameplay combined with awe-inspiring voice acting and minimalistic graphics clash together in this magnum opis of a game. On the outside TAD appears to be your ordinary AAA gaming experience, but upon closer inspection the game can be compared to a regular "Clockwork Orange" or "Gone with the Wind" in terms of sheer storytelling and eye candy. TAD: That Alien Dude defines what it means to be a gamer, games like this are what keep me from abandoning the gaming community entirely. The lack of tutorials give the gamer a more cut-throght experience, similar to cup-bread or dark shoals. Minimalistic graphics allow the gamer to focus more upon the machanics then the graphics Pros: Fantastic gameplay experience. Challenging boss battles 60+ FPS (Frames Per Shoul) Great Music Hue Larry Us dialog Likable Protaginst Truly deep character development Low price tag Level up system it just works Cons: its not the whole story and we gotta wait for the TAD 2 for closure. Cliffhanger ending In the end I left the game feeling sick to my stumich because i would have to wait for TAD 2 and for this reason i can only give it a 9/10. dont buy this game

Complete utter pile of shit , Stupid and retarded and to which I cannot believe someone wasted their time trying to sell this as an actual game, don't buy it do yourself justice and by another game or save up your money for something good. No but seriously for real here are some points I'm going to make about the game: - Confusing - No clear indication on what to do - Lazy story in which you have to simply read a sign after you spawn in - No indiciaton of the enemey's health - No indication on how you kill the enemey - First guy is completely rigged and you just have to get lucky in hopes he doesn't just run torwards you and take you out in a second - Second guy you have no idea what you are doing, Just walking around on some random path in hopes of finding a way to beat him - The NPC's in the what I presume to be the lazy ass town area are boring and near useless and are only talked to so you can access another gate to open - Lazy design and really no effort put into the game - Trying to sell this of as a 90's -ish era game but honestly looks like some 5 Year old in the 2000's was told what the 90's was like and drew his own design of it and turned it into a game when he grew his neckbeard It'll be a gift among god when steam can refund this game to me

A TAD Broken If you know me, you knwo I like weird stuff, weird games. ( feel free to see the games i end up finding ) I'll be adding TAD to this list of oddities, and the real shame here is this game doesn't appear to be a finished product. The first warning sign was the exe's were all named ( Alpha ) I figured this was just an oversight, and the exes names werent changed. Well. PLaying the game - You are tossed into a town, no actual story or even a tite screen, really. You can swing a sword, and move around ( issues with my controller, the Dpad's up and down were reversed, and left and right didn't work , the analogue was.. not accurate in the slightest. Very loose. ) There's blocks you can't remove at exits to the " town " and the " houses" also have them, with NPCs inside. ONe house has an opening, the character says to go to the south. You go south, and get a guy that is into vape, I suppose. And he says a bunch of dialogue which ends up in fight with the guy a a boss. He slams into me, and im instantly dead literally seconds after I loaded. He does 25 damage per attack, and TAD inly has 50 HP. You can imagine this leads to a very difficult Stage 1 Boss. ( there are no items to use, there are no menus, there ar eno other ways to go, nobody to talk to - you MUST fight this boss to advance ) This took me abotu 20 attempts, I like to think I'm decently skilled at video games, not one of my deaths felt fair. I eventually found a way to tuck into a corner, and damage him without being touched - which took a lot of time and patience. As soon as he dies ( finally, I actually did it !^^ ) I get more story, and then I'm back in town, on Level " 2 " There's a new house with an opening in it, so I go in - the NPC says something about going East , SO i walk to the right - and the town exit is blocked off. I go to the left, and it's open. Then I am greeted with another dialogue dump from a scientist, and then thrust into a room full of multiple verisons of him. I defeat as many As I can find, wandering around a bit as well. Itsuddnely warps me into a diffferent room, with the NPC's I've talked to so far. They say what they need to say ( which seemed terribly out of context ) and i find there are no exits. I am also able to walk right through the southern walls and slightly on the bottoms of the left and right walls. Right out of bounds, into blackness - I originally thought this was intenitonal - But I found nothing int he Black Void. So i wandered back to the room, and hit a wall part of an exit - which gave me the same scientist guy dialogue from before. Only this time, I was warped to a totally different room with a gigantic scientist guy, and only 1/4 of the screen in the game's frame that I could see, but no walls o anything - so the scientist guy floats off into part of the world I can't see, but can go to myself. I'm gonna have to give this game a hard pass.
