Snake eyes dungeon is an RNG heavy board game set on a board with 6 by 6 tiles where each tile represents a room to explore, you are able to move one tile at a time and every time you make your move you then roll the two six sided dice where each number then has a different outcome and will then decides what happens next from monsters to a key to proceed a room is completed when you are able to collect the key to open the door which can be done in multiple wys ost of whitch are heavilly RNG based.
Once you have completed a room you will have artifacts and other collectibles that give permanent buffs throughout the rest of the game.
The games graphics are of a very retro style but i feel that this type of games suits the style of graphics used, it almost reminds me of a game that would be found in old arcades! The games audio however is only a short set of music that loops every so often a little more variety would be better here howevr you are able to turn off the audio.
The game is very cheap and is worth picking up at such a low price as it can be quite addictive at times however it can also become frustrating during some of the more RNG heavy areas of the game.

More like Natural 1 Dungeon, amirite?
I know that's not possible with 2d6, but I don't care!
The gameplay loop isn't terrible, but all luck and no strategy makes this a dull game.
Unless you are an apostle of RNGesus, I would suggest you save your pieces of silver.
Trigger warning:
the vampires and werewolves in this are
NOT
mortal enemies!
It's not all RNG dice rolls. There is some thought and strategy that goes into figuring out how long you can make it into a run. It's basically a very lite version of Runestone Keeper but just as addicting. It would have been great to see two other harder areas with new enemies but for only a dollar I can't complain. I'd love a sequel to this.

Good game. Lacks much complexity or variation. But a solid little fart-around game.

It's not bad for a little game but is extremely repetitive and hard. You need money to buy healing potions and upgrades but coins are very hard to find and the health recovered after a fight is scarce. After 8 attempts I couldn't finish the first level! It could have ben fun....but is way too frustating, pity......

It is a fun mobile game but not worth full price. Wait until it is on sale.
Pros:
Has Steam Achievements
Nice music
Good graphics
Cons:
Can become repetitive rather quickly
The game is played more by luck and random chance than by skill
I give it 6/10

Fully RNG based, frustrating and oft unfair, focusing a lot on grinding, this "game" ended up disappointing me. Lacks various options and is practically just a clicker game that will stress you out.
In-Depth:
Snake Eyes Dungeon is basically a rogue-like based on rolling dice. It looks charming and the sound design is quite nice, however it is extremely lacking in actual gameplay. I really wanted to like it, but being so extremely reliant on RNG it is just a frustrating experience.
The goal of the game is finding the key and reaching the exit, while facing the several types of monsters throughout the dungeon. You are also offered the option to buy potions for health, bombs to eliminate enemies and the key to escape.
It is essentially just a clicker game, with barely any strategy, because you cannot strategise in any way to begin with. Gold is always scarce, and if you don't invest into expensive items, you will likely end up dying and losing all of it anyway.
Upgrades are expensive which makes this game extremely frustrating and grindy(notable in the late game, which becomes very dull, very fast). The game also offers no volume sliders, the options are very few and the resolution is not at all suited for PC.

It's a mobile port, however, it's quite fun and a good way to fritter away some spare moments.
Playing as a faceless, money-loving monster hunter, you work through a 6x6 grid of tiles to find an exit from the dungeon. Practically everything is handled through dice rolls. The start and exit are determined by your rolls, as are the contents of rooms. Tables are provided for what each roll gives you, so you learn what to expect from what you roll on the dice. Most monsters, except for the vampire, have specific damage values that hit you each turn. You have to learn when to stick to a fight and when to run. Despite all the dice rolling, the RNG doesn't feel unfair. You're not really set back if you have a failed run. The pixely art doesn't strain the eyes, though the music isn't anything to write home about.
What you're really paying for is the ability to play on your computer and ditching the ads. Honestly, it's not a bad trade-off.

I want to recommend this just because its a cute little game that feels like love was put into it. Unfortunately there's just no gameplay. Every game is:
[olist]
[*]Start on the same 6x6 grid everytime
[*]You move across the board towards the door, with a random encounter on each tile (which is almost always a monster or blank space)
[*] You do damage to monsters based on dice rolls so there's not much you can do, other than just hope they die before you.
[*] When you kill a monster you get random loot, usually health or gold.
[*] Most games you will die before you reach the door, or you will get to the door without finding the key and die searching around the door for it.
[/olist]
If you manage to get a surplus of gold you can buy healing potions or bombs that allow you to actually make some basic choices in the game but you can't control whether you get enough money or not.
The only interesting mechanic are artifacts, which are buffs you can collect and select one to equip. Unfortunately you can only get artifacts by rolling a 1 in 12 chance to fight a certain monster, winning, and then rolling the right number on it's loot table for the artifact. My game time is apparently 4 hours and I have gotten 2 artifacts.
There are some quests that can seem interesting but most of the time you can't really do anything to work towards them - e.g. kill 10 werewolves. You can't actually do anything to look specifically for werewolves, it's just the dice roll.
It's a little addictive in the way that random games are, but it's not fun.
