not much to do here. cute dog etc, but after 5 minutes you are done.

I haven't played too many pet games on VR. Most of them are about monsters anyway, so they don't count. I have a couple cat games too, but they are more goal oriented. Dream Pets is therefore maybe the best VR pet (dog) game, or at the very least, has good production values. I don't remember much other than making the dog bark alotk but you can also dress him up and make him pretty and it's all good I suppose. Easily worth 5 dollars if you want a VR dog. I mean it's probably fun for very young kids but otherwise it's like 2 minutes long.

didnt spend much on game but it was maybe 5 minuets of play time, bought this for my daughter. waste of money.

Bought this for my girlfriend to have a chill game to play a bit. She went through the entire game in 6 minutes. What the fuck. Scam.

I bought the game for my mum because she loves dogs. I thought that there would be more to it than a few basic tasks such as feeding, bathing/washing, petting, playing with etc.. But there's nothing of the kind. At the start of the game you pick one of 3 breeds of dogs (all puppies). You then get to dress it up, spray it with perfume of some description. You then take a picture of it and lastly you throw a disk for it to fetch. You only have a certain amount of time to get a high score and if you suck at throwing like I do, then you're just simply out of luck because the dog takes a fair amount of time to run after and return the disk. Once the time is up, that's game over. Nothing else to it other than doing the same process over again. If the Developers were to add more natural tasks like I listed above, it would be a lot more fun. But as it currently is, granted it's an EA game (early access), the amount of fun you get out of the game is equal to watching paint dry, in the snow.

Pretty awful, as other reviews say the runtime is very short (a few minutes) and the "gameplay" is just a few notches above watching grass grow in entertainment value

I got it for my kids as the screenshots looked ok. I knew it was early access but what I failed to notice is that it's from 2017... This "game" is absolute garbage. Looks like the product of someone learning how to code who didn't quite get there. There is at most 10 minutes of game time and that 10 minutes is littered with bugs. Refunding as the developer who apparently quit this project does not deserve $0.01 for this.
