Insubordination. Will have it banned. 2 stars
As a professional ruler (full time), I find myself uniquely positioned to judge the accuracy of this reign simulator.
The aspiring dictator will quickly appreciate the intricacies of simultaneously keeping the plebs, spouse and clergy satisfied, the borders safe, the treasury full. One must be capable of walking an unforgiving tightrope between conflicting interests, taking on risks with every step. I imagine the positive reviews stem from pious commoners who, humbled by the realisation of their ruler's great sacrifices, felt obliged to pay their respects.
The simulator is unpolished; it suffers from logical inconsistencies, which grow as it progresses. Unlocking all achievements would be an unsatisfying grind with countless repetitions. The artwork is simple, the controls so straightforward that a centenarian could master them within minutes. The average centenarian is also deaf, which when subjected to this simulator is actually a blessing.
Its best and worst selling point is affordability, making a sense of great power accessible to the masses. May this concept never inspire a single plebeian to challenge the established hierarchy!

Not nearly as good as the first reigns but at least they tried doing new stuff. I know the game is fairly cheap but I still didn't enjoy it.
