You would expect a VR pottery sim with hand controllers to respond as reality does, it does not.
First thing you are going to do when the clay spins is try to poke your finger in it, and you'll be surprised that your hand just goes through it.
You have to hold your hands in a particular pose, they lock to a pre-defined animation, then you alter the height of them by moving one hand. Little else works.
This is not how VR interaction is meant to be. Refund requested.

The complexity and realism of things you can do in this game currently has no equal.
The menus look plain, but everything else is stunning and from the moment you try the tutorial and later get your first call, you can tell that a lot of love and work went into this game.
I think this is an undervalued gem and highly recommend it.

This game is awesome. I am an artist and always wished I could do pottery. I know this is not real, but it's about as close as I can get lol. It is very well made.. you have many options. There is career mode so you can enter competitions and do commissions and get graded on your experience. This helps you to think outside of the box and create things you otherwise wouldn't. Eventually you get an ah-ha moment and learn a new technique. You win neat trophies and other things to display in your workshop. You also have a workshop mode where you are free to do as you please. As you sell or enter pieces, you get more points to buy bigger and better tools as well as new ones. The scenery is beautiful. As an anxiety suffer this game brings me calm. The sounds of the garden are wonderful. I look forward to future updates. Thank you for your game!

This game is fun, relaxing, and highly polished, and after completing the tutorial its all about experimenting and practicing to improve your designs. There's also alot of content to guide your gameplay like competitions and requests/orders from characters through out the storyline, which encourages you to try new designs. Wether or not it justifies the high pricepoint is questionable. A definate buy when it goes on sale!

What a gem of a game! Seriously, there really aren't that many games that manage to make full use of VR and all of the new syntax that comes with it but this does it in a way that doesn't feel forced. You can tell a lot of effort went into making this. The clay is really responsive to how you move your hands when shaping it and would be even better with the knuckles controllers! Thanks for making this and I look forward to any other VR games you make.

It looks like a lot of work and thought was put in to this.... Unfortunately, the controls for shaping the clay on the spinning wheel feel very unnatural. I was hoping for it to be a bit more realistic. That being said, it is still a relaxing and fun experience.

It's neat. It's a little tough to get things into the shape you want and to apply the right pressure in the spot you want, but there's no denying that this is an enjoyable, calming experience. All of my clay projects look exactly like my clay projects from elementary school. I guess it's good I didn't go into pottery for a career.
I don't have a 3D printer, but the fact that you can export your works into object files for use outside of the game with a 3D printer (I think you could probably import them into other game projects as well) is really cool.
The only thing I'd like to see is better tutorials that help you learn how to make specific shapes/styles better. The tutorial gives you a nice start, but it's hard to figure out the technique to make a perfect cup or bowl in the shape you want.
For $20.09 (33% off) I'm happy with the purchase and like it for a less stressful, less active VR experience that showcases how VR can be an amazing way to interact with the game environment.

This is a great game, my autistic son sat for 3 hours and made a pot for his friend, which I exported and printed for him.
He was so happy to give something he made to his friend.
Highly recommended game to relax and make some pottery.
The only thing that would be a big plus is to be able to attach handles to make cups.
