PROS . Simple but fun combat . Good old retro look . Nice music ------- CONS . Gate to go to the next floor can be right next to spawn . Not much items. . Short . Found a exploit where if you die to the boss and respawn, you can continue leveling up by hitting the boss and dying. Might want to fix that. ----- Overall, this has a lot of potental, and would be a lot better with more stuff added in, such as new weapons, new enemy, and the ability to go past 15 floors and explore deeper. This game has a lot of potental and definally is something to look out for.

This game is really quite worth the 1.99 that it costs. It is short and sweet, and really for the casual gamer, but is fun, short, and simple. There isn't too much to the game (atm), but with what is available, you will spend at least an hour or two trying to beat the game. I haven't encountered many glitches except one, and that was only when an enemy spawned in the "black zone" where the player can't reach. The only problem this posed was not being able to grab the gold it dropped. There are upgrades for items, though there aren't many. But each upgrade provides a noticable help to the player. The soundtrack plays in a loop, but it's 8-bit action packed tune doesn't wear you out, and makes you wish it would stop. The levels aren't too different, only getting bigger and filled with more enemies. The overworld doesn't have much to it, only ranging from the house square to the market square. The characters, though minimal, are fun to talk to. The leveling up system works flawlessly too, with each level providing a slight boost to damage and your special ability. Overall this game is really fun and doesn't overprice what it's worth. Hopefully the developer doesn't leave the game as is, and maybe adds a little more later on. Preferably more levels, more world space, and maybe some side quests!

Great game, and super fun! But, seriously, this game needs a mute button. The music is driving me crazy after 30 minutes. I checked Settings and there's no buttons for audio, just screen size. The chiptune music will drive me bonkers long before the grind will.

its a simple gamemaker game that looks like little effort was put into the following: -movement -story -replayability -basically anything else Im not saying that I dislike gamemaker games, i just find this one to be the simplist possible game to make in gamemaker whatsoever.

Alright I expected very little for a game less than two dollars but I got more fun than I intended. The music is nice enough that I would like the soundtrack abeit simple. The key word being simple. This is a simple game and that is not a bad thing. It has charm.I don't think we would get a lot of updates or extra for this but it is good brief fun. The art is great and randomisation idea is swell.Although it makes some floors ridicuously easy .The fact we have bosses is nice although quickly beaten.I love the God Lord and say I would like a proper conclusion and final fight.Nothing more. Also free OST please.Overall I had a good time. 10/10-IGN

I enjoyed the game very much, it is relatively small but it is also the first game he did. Graphically I like it very much, it reminds me of my childhood and that gives bonus points: P As I said the game itself is small but, he has given himself effort, you can walk into every House in the city and everyone has their own stories and I think that's great. If you are in a dungeon, you can always go back to the city to buy new items such as new swords or a new life, weapons there is no big choice, there are 3 different swords and there are currently no more weapons but I think more weapons would not be needed, for the 15 levels that's enough. Conclusion: For this 2.Fr you get a graphically beautiful game that sends you back to your childhood and its fun, it is not a game that you can play as long as CoD or Battlefield but it's fun! Unfortunately, the game itself has a few bugs but the developer could patch that @ Johnny Ginard Your game was very fun, let me know when you make a new one, I like to support you because you have talent!

I played this game and I wish I could say that its good... but it really isn't. I find that the game is far too simple when it comes to the gameplay and both level and character designs (this, including bosses and every other enemy in the game). There's not really anything "interesting" enough to make me say that its worth buying... I respect the creator of this game and I hope he´s able to create a game that will surpass this one.

Well, I was able to play through this game within half an hour...as it is now, I wouldn't really recommend buying it. It's cheap, so I think my money wasn't wasted, but still, it was by far too short...

Scarlett's Dungeon is a simple Adventure game where you collect money and beat monsters. The idea behind the game is simple, you collect all the stuff you need to be able to start the dungeon, after that all you do is hit stuff and monsters to collect money and exp. Every time you level up your attack becomes stronger and you use the money to buy stuff at the village. Sadly that's the only thing to it, there is no map so for someone like me with a bad memory, I keep walking in circles. I didn't find a single way to see what my current level was and after buying the most expensive sword right away, I have no idea if it's even useful to buy the other one. Summary: Went into the dungeon, got lost mutiple times because of the missing map, leveled up a few times, beat the first boss, bought the best weapon and the skill and went in again. Conclusion: The game isn't bad but also way to simple and empty for me to enjoy it enough.

Not really worth playing. It's an action RPG that is somewhat reminiscent of Zelda but pales in comparison to the classics. Best to go back and replay them on your original NES and SNESes... like we all do ;)
