This game can be said to be a theft simulator and teaches theft in the right way. It can be said that it has no story, it's just attractive, but it has good graphics and is worth buying. I recommend it.

What a broken mess, fun for the fist few hours but later you find out how broken it is and how it's filled to the brim with bugs years after its release

Actual, literal garbage. I don't know why I expected a functional, working game from "developers" that use AI generated imagery for their game covers. The only actual thief simulation being done here is the money they take from you in hopes you don't refund it in time. I hope "Noble Muffins" falls over dead.

An absolute steal (pun intended) when it goes on sale! The full asking price is a little steep, but I can see myself getting 20 hours or so fun from this game so it's not unreasonable. You can get better games for the same price but if you're itching for some thievery, Thief Simulator is - even will the rough edges it clearly has - a superb title to scratch it.

This was the first game I ever completed 100%. While the quality isn’t perfect, it’s still a lot of fun to play. I can also recommend the second part, which is just as enjoyable

Overall an alright game, it's rough around the edges but still pretty good overall. You should know however, some patches made within the last few years have made some late-game houses seriously mechanically broken. The biggest issue is the ability for tenants to detect if a normally locked interactable is unlocked, (eg. if a door is normally supposed to be locked, they'll call police instantly if they see it's unlocked). This gives the "Burglary Discovered by Tenant" effect, likely ending your attempt if a police officer finds you, or giving a large XP reduction even if you manage to hide or escape. The way you're supposed to engage with this mechanic is by re-locking doors/windows/etc. behind you so there's nothing unlocked to be detected. This does work, but only for doors and windows that can be lock-picked. Any door or other interactable that requires hacking tools cannot be re-locked. This means, for many of the mid-late game houses, it's basically impossible to properly use stealth (and earn the stealth XP bonus) since you're guaranteed to be detected at least once from 24/7 guards that regularly patrol near or through doors that must be hacked to progress. For an oversight this massive and for how much it harms the experience, I cannot recommend this game in its current state.

This video game is obviously about stealing things. The storyline is pretty solid, Ill rate the games qualities below: Storyline: 4 / 5 stars. Gameplay: 5 / 5 stars. Difficulty to learn / time to get good: 5 / 5 stars (Very short, but still difficult) Total: 4.5 / 5 stars. This game is great, there is really nothing Id change.
