There's a reason Mahjong is timeless. It's because first, anyone can play. And second, the level of difficulty is perfect. You don't have to re-invent the wheel here, which is kinda what Legendary Mahjong tries to do. Between making levels that are so easy a kindergartener could do it (numbers) and so hard that you need a degree in physics to complete it (slide) to modes you can't actually lose because they require no skill (rivers and triple) I'm not sure what the creators were trying to do here. When people want to play new mahjong games, they're looking for fun tilesets and the like. This game could have been really cool if the unlocks were tilesets. Also, I unlocked the celestial gate and there's apparently no way to get back to the classic mode, which I was actually looking forward to playing. Alas.
