Manipulate two colours of blobs to clear out areas and progress.
It builds up mechanics quite nicely from collecting the colours in the right order to remain 'clear' to controlling the blobs themselves, walking over colour changing platforms, changing everythings colour, etc, etc.
It gets pretty tricky by the end with some pretty clever design.
It does have some issues though. I would recommend you buy it in a sale, as others point out its quite short. (Though you may want to support the developers regardless.) It also needs someone to go over the story text. Its just about understandable, (A sort of hidden history of rebellion story.) but a whole lot of the text is quite badly translated.
Othe than that, the presentation is fine, the controls are okay, and there is some interesting puzzling to be had.

fun, short puzzle game, with some neat storytelling to boot.
Easy to grasp, good pacing of introducing new puzzle gimmicks.
The translation feels clunky at parts, but its always understandable...

All the dialogue is a drag and wastes game time with stupid story telling. They really should eliminate this tedious dialogue. Other than that A-OK.

Going into this I expected a lot less than I wound up getting. I expected something really boring, I got this in a bundle that currently doesn't have the best track record, and has some items I can't play since I don't speak Korean. This one though, it had a lot more charm and heart than the others I've played thus far. It's a bit tricky at points, it has nice music, and an endearing story. I recommend it if you like puzzle games, I'd give it a solid 8/10.

A pretty simple game, but honestly it just kind of lost my attention rather quickly. It does seem like it would be a fun game for someone who enjoys basic puzzle games and relaxing soundtrack though. 6/10

The Dew is yet another of several hundred minimalist pathing puzzle games that's somehow here on Steam instead of locked onto the app stores where this kind of shallow game belongs. This one has you moving a "dew" drop around a minimalist 2D ISO grid to block a "conflict" between white blobs and black blobs... it's basic turn based movement puzzle/pathing stuff that's been done a million times since Sokoban and other flash games showed up in the 1990's. A brand new one in this century is doing little to advance the state of the art for video games. There's also a badly written E-book sandwiched between levels as pages of poorly written text get thrown at you between levels. This does not make e-books or bad games better.
This game has been translated from some other language into English... badly. If this was done through Google Translate, Google Translate should feel ashamed of itself. Regardless, the language in this game is broken and will put off a lot of gamers.
There's an overwhelming amount of mediocre Visual Novel/E-book style cutscenes in this game. So you'll spend a huge amount of time not playing the game, but clicking through endless lines of poorly written VN text cutscenes because the developers couldn't work out how to relate their narrative through the game mechanics, and decided instead it would be better to compete with reading a book for your time. We're here to play games, not watch hours of garbage intersituals.
From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.
There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision.
The game features extremely lazy, minimalist "art", of the type you normally expect to see in low effort Flash/browser games and mobile apps. Considering this is being evaluated as a PC game, having the graphics phoned in like this isn't going to result in a high quality, visually impressive game that PC gamers are used to seeing.
The controls can't be customised because the game has such a dumbed down, simplified interface that it's just iPhone screen tapping stuff. The fact that the interface is this dumbed down might be seen as a problem in itself, however... this is a fairly shallow experience if you're the kind of gamer that likes to play games with deep, rich control schemes and interaction. You'll get none of that here.
This looks and feels like a mobile app, but it doesn't seem to have made it to the app stores. It's unclear why this was put on Steam instead of the app stores it seems to have been designed for. Maybe it was removed, maybe it was rejected by Apple and Google (they do have more rigorous quality standards than Valve does for Steam, after all).
Regardless, for all intents and purposes The Dew might as well be a mobile app, it has the same limitations and dumbed down qualities. It's impossible to recommend such a game to PC gamers. We don't spend all this money building gaming rigs so we can pretend they're iPhones and play games that might as well be mobile apps.
These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.
So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ games on Steam?
The Dew is relatively cheap at $2 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend. This is also competing with over 11,000 free games available on Steam, many of them far better than this paid product.

The Dew is a short puzzle game based on a simple premise. It seems easy enough at first but as you progress more and more through the levels it can get fairly challenging. Just some solid puzzle gameplay which I enjoyed quite a lot.
Unfortunately the associated story isn't delivered fantastically as the English translation is quite rough. I still liked it despite that (admittedly major) shortcoming, but your mileage may vary.
I find it a bit sad that it has so few steam reviews... if you are a fan of minimalist puzzles, give it a try. I think you won't be disappointed.
