I 100% the game. I enjoyed it. I got it on sale and think if you are into games like old school final fantasy war of the lions, this game feels similar just not as in depth.

For a bit of context I have had this game on my wishlist for a long time now, writing this as the credits are rolling. Decided to buy it despite the reviews. I don't know the history of the game or the studio, I don't know what they promised before release. All I can talk about it my experience with the game.
The game was pretty solid indie game, one that feels like it was made by people that loved the classics of this genre like Final Fantasy Tactics and Tactics Ogre. While they will be in the shadow of the greats, this is still a good game with a story to tell. The final cutscene before the credits was very beautiful.
The combat is quite enjoyable the classes and skills are interesting, I love games where the enemies play by the same rules as you so when you die you know why. The game is a bit on the easy side. specially if you do the tavern contracts, but not to its detriment in my opinion.
I would definitely recommend this game on a sale. It is fun, and feels like a complete game. Again I don't know what was promised but whats there is a whole game.
