I can't call this a bad Package, not really. I can call it all sorts of confusing and a really hard sell, but not a detrimental experience at its core. its just a little confusing, and the True Ending is really anti-climatic for the sake of being "Open for Interpretation". But the story kept me hooked for all the endings. And despite me not liking the Sadako Monsters design, I did enjoy what it represented and what it actually wanted plot wise. But the most baffling bit of this game to me, is that it pads its run time with optional movies, that you can just watch at specific points. Not home movies made for this game, Full Public Domain pictures the dev just fucking inserted into the environment and let you watch, two whole entire films. And you get achievements for sitting through them both. I am actually, truly baffled by this creative decision. they don't even tie into the rest of the game, one's at the very end literally in the room before the final climax of the story for Christs sake. I payed 1.25 when it was on sale, I think I would've gotten my money's worth if I threw in the full 5 bucks. buy for a simple story about grief if you enjoy such things.
