Not bad to pass the time. At the moment the game is a little mediocre to say its not free. The tutorial is buggy so it requires a little fiddling to understand how the game works. At the time of writing this I have spent less than an hour playing, so I will write another once i've explored more. For the time being, and for the price tag I give this a 6/10.

What a tedious bore. Just awful game play overall, reminds me more of a poor mobile port micromanagement fest than anything else. 71 minutes game time may not seem like a lot to some, but it seemed like I was in the game for hours. Just like you don't have to eat more than one bite of a shit sandwich to know it's a shit sandwich, you don't need to play for many hours to know it's a bad game. Refunded, even at this steep summer sale discount. I would rather be outside in the hot sun scooping my dog's poop than playing this flaming turd.

I cannot recommend this game to anyone in its current state. The game seems like a good concept but the execution is severely lacking. The game is nothing but a grind whether that's for money or for research or for anything, including the objectives themselves. You see an objective like "infect 10,000 people" and you think, "that seems like a large number but maybe this isn't so hard." Then you do your first infection and get 10 people if you're lucky. You think then that maybe it's because you haven't developed the more advanced infections, it'll be like you expect and hit a good mass. I finally used cheat engine to give me a large amount of money and research. I then unlocked everything and found that even with everything unlocked, that first scenario would take forever. I would at most get around 40 people infected with the limited amount of disease points I could work with. On top of this, selecting the region seems to have no effect on how many people your disease infects. If it does have an effect, it's so opaque with all the other information on the region infection select as to be completely worthless. Especially since the tutorial does not over the specific numbers and what they actually mean. My next largest problem is the pathing and AI of your own people. They do not path to the nearest place for their needs. Oh no sir, you installed that one bedroom at the very edge at the beginning and that bed right next to them on the second floor down was placed second, therefore they must go to that bed that was placed first. Even if the closer one is more upgraded AND closer. The people themselves also have numerous bugs. When upgraded, you require a certain amount of money but it isn't spent on upgrading them (which was a lifesaver when I was playing, honestly, because making money in this game is a chore). Further the upgrade is obviously coded as a replace rather than an actual upgrade to the person. Why do I suspect this? Because the sliders and his stats instantly reset upon upgrade. Meaning upgrading when their stats are low is a good idea but you'll need to reset your sliders, like if you set food at 30% to ensure they almost can never get low enough that they will actually lose hp from hunger. On a personal note: the floor length and sizes of the various buildings bugged the hell out of me due to being unable to actually set them up such that they actually filled the floor space to the edges instead of having awkward whitespace. This was readily apparent whenever you placed 2 of the longer buildings. Another question: what's the point of extending the sides if I can't build an elevator to make it so that the individual doesn't have to walk a mile to get to another floor that's probably going to have the food and fun location. Because you really only need maybe 1 or 2 of those for a large amount of people (as opposed to beds which you will need many if not 3 beds for every 4 people). Final thoughts: This is a good concept with such a flawed execution and time waste that I wouldn't recommend this to anyone until it gets updated and balanced better. Because in its current state it exists only to waste your time and not feel like you have accomplished anything while doing so.

While I like the game (to a point), I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, it suffers from not being able to get anywhere or keep you interested. This comes from lack of being able to sell anything. Often times you get caught trying to spread a disease and have to pay a hefty fine. Even if you're successful, hardly any people show up. I got to the point where I just let it run while I did other things because nothing was happening and I was going nowhere (breaking even at the end of the day, if that). It ends up with you mostly just waiting for research points, so you can explore the research tree. There's no point going beyond 3 levels especially with the limit on workers. You're just repeating rooms and adding stockrooms because you can't sell anything. To spread a disease, you have to pay to do that, the more the population, the more the cost. Which you can't afford because no one is showing up to buy anything in the first place. I got to 10 workers (half scientists) , the game had already slowed down to a crawl., hardly any people showed up, stockrooms were all full, was firing workers, eventually got bored and quit the game. I doubt I'll ever play this game again, it just doesn't have enough to do to keep you interested long enough. Also it's abandoned as they've moved on to another game, which is probably as dull as this one.

Great concept for a game, poor execution . Lots of bugs that have never been fixed, The main game breaking bug is you can open stores in another city ship items to sell, that never do sell, at one time you could put in negative amounts to get them back but that was "fixed" so it is a stupid tax now, Stupid for buying the store and stupid for stocking it. There are many other bugs that other users have found, I did not as I did not have the patience to play it long enough to get there. Dead game that has had plenty of time to work out the bugs, or at least let us know if any other support was coming. Many other games that provide much more game play , not even worth it on sale, fallout shelter for free provides more game play time than this.

I can't recommend this game for the simple fact that it's incomplete it may not say early access but with how little content there is you would think it was still in the alpha stages and the last update was jul 27 2018 yeah the game is dead so unless you want to waste eleven bucks on something you could do a lot worse but if you don't just don't buy the game.

The method i use most commonly to rate games is based off of how much time i spend playing and enjoyin the game vs how much the game cost. so esentily i got more out of a $10 that i played for 20 hours than a $50 game that i played for 40 hours. so far this game is not complete. that should be obvious so i wont go into what it is missing. what it has is huge potential and a small price. thank you for this game!

So allow me to start off this review with the obvious; The game is in an early alpha access build, yes. But this game is also developed by one person, which commends my respect. It requires a great deal of dedication to do this alone. So what does this game have to offer? First of all, the building mechanics, albeit different, feel the same as in popular games like Evil Genius. Despite being a front to create a disease, the gimmick feels very much the same, which is a positive feat. The game in its current state has enough content to keep you interested for a few hours in one sitting, with plenty of time to see what works for you. For me, that is trying to make floors departments, which is tricky to manage with limited money, but a fun challenge. All in all, this gets my approval, and I can't wait to see what the developer will still produce.

The Idea seems good. Literally got my interest in only a few seconds. Good Reviews, promising content. The first hour or so I basically slowly built the neccessary rooms to keep the lab going. Slow, very slow for my taste. I keept infecting zones, nothing hapened. Almost made no money. Until it crashed. Then I realized that I have to restart the game every few minutes to get infected people come to me. Saving and Loading only halfway worked. Sometimes. Sometimes it worked without problems. But My main problem is that it's really slow to make any progress. It's a really grindy game right now. Also a big problem is that the workers only go to eat once their food is 0 which makes them lose life which I couldn't restore yet. So they kept dying. This game might turn out great. But there's still quite a way to go. Love sending people to one place and the other all the time and keeping their stats in check? Also love slow games? You might like it.
