No fullscreen, no settings, unskippable cutscenes, rudimentary customisation... crashed once and froze twice for no reason (years ago and now, right after skipping the second/skippable cutscene making it unplayable)... so it is still in a sorry state after so many years. O.o

I got this game on itch.io years ago when it was considered early access and was so delighted by it. I like the characters and the cozy gameplay. I was excited when the update came out, but it seems to have made the game unplayable. It crashed when I tried to do simple things or enter new screens. There is no way to progress with so many bugs.
I've waited for any news that it is being worked on, but the dev has been silent since 2023 and we have just entered 2025, so my hopes are dashed. I'd probably love this game if it could be played, but, as of now, it seems like a dead project and it would be a waste of money to buy it as it is.
Josh Bossie, if you're out there, I'm rooting for you to update the game/fix bugs so I can come back and change this review to a positive one. I'm not leaving this review to hate on this project, but rather to say I want it to succeed.
