Pretty Fun, Fairly Challenging, and Good OST. A shame it has little info, seeing how damn good it is...Would Recommend!

This game obviously isn't some big AAA title, but it's certainly not a bad game. The art style is charming, the game has very few cheap deaths, the gameplay feels pretty smooth and satisfying, the music is great, and it's got a lot of heart. Even though it isn't the most perfect platforming experience on Steam, it's definitely worth its affordable price.

heh you suckers lowered the price a day before i planned on buying it
anyways
this is a really neat game for 4-- for 2 bucks
the artstyle is pretty cool
the music is a mwah/mwah
the bossfights are interesting except for when i managed to stun the first one into doing absolutely nothing
also screw you ben you suck
and the weapons are super 100% balanced all the way and are pretty fun to switch between
the level design does try to snag you in a few knockback kills but it only ever happens so often if you SUCK which i do not because i am a pro gamer that is a pro gamer at games he gamers at.
er
yeah this is really good for two bucks and i give it a "jumpscare" out of "where the hell is that SOUNDTRACK"

A fun little Makaimura/Ghosts 'n Goblins clone, but with 'cheap Flash graphics' and somewhat better mobility. If you enjoyed the early games in that series, and you have [strike]$4[/strike] $2 to spare, I'd say give it a shot.

Without a doubt in my mind, I think it would be fair to say that this game, is definitely something to be recommended to; and for two good reasons.
A: Because I'm very well aware of who made this, knowing that the person who did was actually the one who did some of the things in the Binding of Isaac: Antibirth. And that is literally the best mod for it out there; and it's up there with Revelations, another good mod I really like a lot.
And B: Or if you're just in the mood for something like Ghosts 'N' Goblins to play, well, there's this. And it is the exact same thing you could see and expect from something like it, from the way some enemies behave to stuff like switching to a variety of weapons, or getting another suit of armor to wear after losing the last one when hit. The story itself is even a bit like that: you're loved one gets kidnapped by a demon, and the next thing you know, is that you're going from level to level to reach the end.
But like Ghosts 'N' Goblins in general, most would know is that, not only is it known for being hard; but the fact there's two phases of it in order to complete the game in it's entirety. But unlike it, however, the second phase in this game tends to be... something.
And what I mean by that is, is that unlike in that game, there will be things that will be entirely different or off. As in until this point, most, if not, everything changes. And depending what I'm saying or on about, that's only for you to see (wouldn't much of a surprise if I gave it away, huh?). All and all, if you're willing to buy this game and see for yourself, that's your decision. Not mine. But I would like it to have more people check it out, if they can. So, if you can, I would appreciate it.
Thank you, and good day.

Mainly bought this since it was made by LeatherIceCream, but actually ended up playing all the way through. It's a simple platformer, but the controls are tight and dying never feels unfair. I was positively surprised, I'd recommend giving this a shot if you have two hours to kill.

A nice indie game. Reminds me of the old flash games I used to play on Miniclip and Andkon back in the day, except this one is quite polished, with the recognisable mid-2000s webcomic/animation art style (particularly of you frequent Newgrounds) My only gripe with this game are the controls, specifically the jump and shoot button. Normally (on an XBOX controller), jump would be the A button, and shoot would be the X button, but it's not; it's the reverse. Those who have played games using the aforementioned button mapping would be thrown off with this game, and would accidentally press the wrong button, causing some pretty dumb mistakes. Nonetheless, its a pretty solid game, and if you like a challenge, then I'd recommend Spears 'n' Spades.

After actually beating the game (lmao)
Its not bad, just very, eh. the final boss can be killed very easily with the Mace weapon and a speed necklace and the whole game takes about an hour or two to beat.
5/10

pros:
- the gameplay is very reminiscent of megaman, castlevania and such so i guess some people would enjoy that
- the artstyle is simple and memorable enough imo
- the music varies from good to absolutely goddamn excellent, god bless mudeth
- the game is pretty cheap and definitely covers its price. i mean it's equivalent to like 2 kitkat bars(for me at least) and 2 kitkat bars definitely last way less
cons:
- game gets sorta repetitive sometimes: there aren't really a lot of ground-breaking mechanics or whatever, especially later in the game. except for the bosses i guess, those are cool and challenging enough
- speaking of that, the latter half of the game could use a lil bit more variety for level themes/palettes imo
overall score:
7/10, idk, simple but coole and cheap
