Overall I really love the art style, hate the animation (gaahhh the legs!), and hate the reaction times required to do the combat. I can't get past the third guy with a gun due to this, nor are there any save points, so I have do keep re-doing the beginning part to take care of the first two.
The translations are pretty bad too but I do get the jist of the story and am interested in it, but.. see above. I can't even find out what's next.
Another note: faster walk speeds would be appreciated.

Wow, this game is trash!
The missions mostly consist of walking around very slowly and shooting-sequences which are impossible to predict. The frigging elephant in the room though is the unbelievably bad english translation.
At times I thought maybe the game really was about guessing what they were trying to say.
Now you could fix the english translation, add some running and fix the shooting, but then, this would be over in 10 minutes, because the game's "story" is really short.
I don't get why somebody would put this up for sale here, this should be a free game at best.
"Please you make game better at time next!"
Play at your own risk and don't say I didn't warn you!

Redium is a crime story that plays like a narrative walking simulator. Well, the game freezes for me in a certain spot so I cannot beat it. Also, there are some other miscellaneous glitches like poor hit detection and firing a gun when opening a menu. There is no actual gunplay, the combat basically comes down to just clicking at the right time to shoot. The dialogue is pretty dry so I never really cared about the story. Although the game has lots of downtimes there is not much to interact with. Redium tried to set up immersive atmosphere but mostly felt very empty.
Final Thoughts 4/10
At best I can see this game being a mildly amusing crime narrative. Unfortunately, it does not even work properly for me to give it that.
