Are you like me and love mazes? If the answer is yes, then this game is for you. With the ability to create random mazes instead of just a number of limited pre-made ones means that you always will find a maze that you haven't tried before. And it's also aMAZEing (sorry about that bad pun) that you can manually create your own mazes. You can create mazes where you have to move in 2, 3 and 4 dimentions. 2 dimentions is like a regular maze, where you move forward, right and left (like in all dimentions, you can move backwards, but it's not necessary since you can also turn two times if you prefer that), 3 means forward, left, right and upwards, and 4 is same as 3 but also includes downwards. Not only can you make the game harder by changing the size, but you can also choose how difficult the spesific size is going to be generated. Pros: + Random generator which means always a brand new maze to play. + You can also create mazes manually through the ingame editor. + Ability to choose the how difficult the specific maze size is going to be generated so you don't necessary need to make the maze bigger/smaller to make de maze easier/harder. + A lot of difficulties to choose from. + Statistics of your game after you finished a maze. + And tons of other game settings to set your game to your preference. Cons: - The sounds are terrible (luckily you can change the volume or turn it completely off). - No controller support (which would make it much more convenient to move in 4 dimention mode).
Enter the labyrinth.
TL DR: You should try this if you like mazes. It is a completely new experience. Otherwise, wait for a discount, because you won't last long, Have you ever tried to understand 4-th dimension? Knossos is a game that beat all the 2-D thinking out of you. Basically, it is a game where you can create 3-dimensional maze with 3 axes: 2x2x2, for example, will make you 8 rooms cube with a max of 7 steps to the exit. In the 5x5x5 version you should get from (1;1;1) to (5;5;5) (125 rooms total). When you replicate your 3-D cube and point rooms that have kinda portals that connect the same places in different cubes, for example, (2;1;2)[1] and (2;1;2)[2]. Which means you've just added a fourth axis to your maze. You can see markers for that portals from a distance, so your goal now is to find an exact portal in [n-1] cube, that will bring you to correct isolated 3-d net of rooms in the [n] cube that has an exit in it. If that story amazed you more than scared, this game is for you. Pros: + Good basic 3-d maze creator + Challenging difficulty + Rich variety of settings + System of clues + Bach's music Cons: - Terrible controls with no gravity (so if you are not accurate with axes, you will get lost in 3 dimensions) - Bad sound of walking - Brain-pain
