I've spent a few hours digging into this game and there's a lot of good stuff in there. It's obviously still rough around the edges but completely playable and with an amazing level of granular building.
If you want a jurassic world comparison: this game has (at the moment) much less convenience mechanisms. Some menus need refinement, not everything either snaps together or not - but it's actually better -, there isn't much negative events such as dino fights, diseases, etc. A lot of this is apparently on the dev to do list but in some parts it's not a downside because you can focus on actual park building.
However, if you enjoy more full fledged games centered on dinos and not on management, this might feel disappointing. This game is shaping to be a management sim more than a dino sim so it's not exactly the same target audience.
As it is, consider this purely a building playground. The game isn't challenging and most of what is there is centered around designing the visuals park and enclosures, not run it and dealing with issues. But it works well and is stable.
The main advantage of this game is that you can access primary shapes and objects and build your very own structures. You can add to existing ones as well. You can also create a much more organic structure since you can place pre-built structures and if you want to stick a small billboard or a toilet in a corner, the game mostly doesn't have forced snap so you can zoom in and get really specific. However there also is a grid placement system but a bit too wide to my taste.
There is a lot of dinosaurs with sound, nice texture (sometimes several) and a nicely voiced presentation. More are on the way too. But that's not all, there are also more recent mammals like mammoths and sabertooh tigers.
At this point, the game looks like it's going to be a really good one. Less arcade than JW and much more diverse. The main issue that this game solves is space. You have access to a much, much bigger play space and this alone is maasively satisfying.
I'm really curious to see where this goes. There is a workshop and tons of stuff already. Hopefully they'll allow scipted items so the community can add fun events or buildings. I miss the autogun turrets from JPOG.

This game is great, with some bugs. Its better for realism, It's cheaper, and decently better than Jwe1-2. But before you buy do note that it has modular building which is easy to learn/hard to master. You also need a fast computer with at least a 2060 (I am not great with computers so take that with a grain of salt, or just look at requirements). The bugs are annoying sometimes but it's just humans who are going on roofs and stuff. This game is in early access, and we get a new update around 2-3 months, and we get plenty teasers, and a dev-diary every month you will always know whats going on. The dinosaurs are realistic, beautiful, and once the game done we are going to have around 60-70 dinosaurs. There are also copies, what I mean by that is that is we have Edmontosaurus. T, and E for example. They also have a patreon, and artbook and sound track, and I forgot. NIGEL FRIGGIN MARVEN!
Edit: I forgot this game takes an hour to make somthing good.

This is by far the best REALISTIC, let me be clear REALISTIC dinosaur zoo game on the market at the moment, it is outshone by Jurassic World's zoo games simply because of mechanic variety and species number, but that is soon to change. If you aren't looking for Jurassic games' p2w mentality with all the dlcs and such and unrealistic dinos, this is the game for you. Otherwise, if you're looking for more variety and options, hold off or go buy from Jurassic's wide selection. (I hear they're making a new game, so look into that.)

A more in depth and complicated building style that focuses alot more on realism then the other prehistoric park builder, Evo. While it may take some time to get used too it is a wonderful park sim.

ENG - ITA
ENG - Prehistoric Kingdom is a fantastic project, born from the passion, expertise, hard work, and dedication of a small group of indie developers who have been doing an extraordinary job over the years.
The game is currently in Early Access, meaning it's still in development, but the team regularly releases substantial updates that introduce new animals, new features, and numerous bug fixes. Despite being in Early Access, the game already offers a complete and well-rounded experience, covering everything from fossil extraction (to obtain genetic material), to animal management (dinosaurs and prehistoric mammals, with an impressive level of scientific accuracy—just look at the Spinosaurus model!), as well as basic staff and visitor management.
One of the game’s strongest aspects is the building mode, which, thanks to a simple yet brilliant idea—the ability to resize all building elements—allows for total creative freedom, enabling players to design unique structures or breathtaking natural landscapes.
I’m truly thrilled about this project, and I encourage all fans of management and simulation games, especially those focused on zoos and wildlife parks, to check out and support this title. Prehistoric Kingdom deserves to grow and achieve the success it truly deserves! 🚀

Whilst this game is still under development and has its fair share of bugs and problems, it is awesome. With elements from both JWE/JWE2 and Planet Zoo being improved and combined. The dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals have been made to appeal to different theories there are about them (an example of this being horn vs stump on elasmotherium) and this creates an interesting mix and allows for scientific accuracy.
Moreover, building on a large scale is made easy with the scaling tool that allows you to shrink and grow objects. Whilst making things too big does mean a loss in detail, I find that a lot of the time the detail is still kept quite well.
The future of this game is also looking very positive providing that they can remain funded. With babies, social behaviour, more species and paleobotany all on the horizon along with many other updates, the future is bright and I can't wait to see what's next to grace our screens.
Overall, this is a great game for people that want to experience modular building with the wonders of dinosaurs and other prehistoric wonders.

One of my favorite dinosaur games on steam, this game is like Planet Zoo but with dinosaurs. The accurate scientific models is a good way to grab more dinosaur lovers around the world. I love this game.

This game is basically the result of planet zoo and jurassic world evolution 2.The potential for this game is higher than the both of them combined.
ADD MARINE REPTILES PTEROSAURS AND OTHER PREHISTORIC ANIMALS.
