Like this. Quite short though.

Works fine as a simple wave shooter tower defence thingie. Multiplayer is better than single. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2nScFH_uytw

The tutorial hit a bug but then the game itself was actually rather fun with the hopping around shooting things element. I didn't get into the harder difficulties, but frankly it's actually a fun little thing. The lack of anyone else for multiplayer and the "get the DLC" stuff that there does not seem to be a way to got or the "coming soon" stuff that isn't is a little offset by the fact at least the new one will be free for owners of this one. I've gotten what I paid out of it, it's fun if not exactly deep.

I'm a little bit salty to see there're 2 reviewers that received this product as free lol I like this game since playing it as a demo on psvr while on psvr this game is too expensive, it's cheaper (like always) on steam. I waited for a discount for about 1.5 years with no luck, and at last I bought it on normal price because I couldnt wait anymore, as this is the 1st vr game that I liked on psvr. onto the review. this is a tower defense game with u as the lone defender. U can teleport to some fixed tower places to defend waves of enemies that tried to destroy ur crystal gate. and yes, some areas can be very large that sometimes it's hard to keep with the spawn enemies and sometimes it's hard to tell when there're gates that were attacked but hidden from sight. U have 6 classes to choose. These are viking, archer, mage, gunner, samurai, and puppeteer. Each with their own styles of attacking, and special attack. The developer tried to make each class balanced, though this didnt really work. archer, viking and gunner still overshadow other classes, and with puppeteer the most awkward, especially when against bosses. There are about 4 areas, each with 2 stages to clear, so there are about 8 stages in total, with about 3 bosses (1 area didnt have boss). all in all, it's not a very long game, but just enough for a vr game. though I like it, but I feel the controls not very smooth. I think because the devs tried to balance the characters. For example, chiyo the samurai using sword, that should be cool and nice, but actually the hardest to use imo. And the gunner, though still powerful even after the devs made each shot weaker than arrows, but feels awkward too when shooting (not as smooth as crisis vrigade, for example). Like I said, I think it's understandable, because if the shooting and the slashing with sword very smooth, this will make other characters feels very rigid. this is understandably only good for niche audiences. So if u can, try the demo on psvr 1st before buying.

Awesome, dynamic and pretty cool looking if you like the cartoonish art style! Not the longest tower defense game there is, but most surtenly one of the most enjoyable!

It's just not a fun game. 3 classes the most interesting of which is the Mage. You use your book to summon and orb and then use your wand to grab the orb and throw it. Unfortunately there's only 2 orbs. the standard one and the Icey one which summons a small slowing area on impact. The Ice orb has to be powered up by getting kills. Also you can only stand on certain points. I refunded after 20 or so minutes.

I was looking foreward to this game coming to PC as I don't have a PSVR and the videos/description made me think it was a tower defence action hybrid, however there isn't any tower defence anywhere in the game. While I wouldn't call the game hard it feels very cheap in the later stages (btw there are only 4 stages in the base game) For example sometimes enemies will be set to spawn right by your crystal so unless you memorized the spawn patterns there is really no way to defend them perfectly. The bosses were extremely disappointing, I thought the mummy boss looked cool but the whole fight is just teleporting between 2 possible positions and shooting him as he slo-mo reaches for you. The heroes are very unbalanced. I loved the concept of the puppeteer guy but he was basically impossible to use as it took too long to throw his puppet bring it back and throw it out again to move it, which you have to do constantly due to the amount of crystals you are defending and number of enemies. Playing with my elf boobs was rad but otherwise the inverse kinetics just took me out of the game. My character was almost always facing differently than I was and if you move too fast or in the wrong way you'll see your headless body trying to catch up with you. I beat the game on Normal in the time I played, I wasn't really enjoying my time at any point I was just holding out for the next levels to be more engaging. If they added some type of tower defence mechanics such as placable turrets etc I could see the game being fun and somewhat strategic. The animations are decent and using the heroes weapons is kind of fun. It just feels like frantic attacking and the biggest strategic decision you'll ever make is "Should I blow that explosive barrel up now or wait?" I did not play online. I'm sure that would have made the game a little more enjoyable.

I originally got this game when it came out for the PSVR and found it to be quite entertaining. Over the years the developers have added numerous characters and gameplay mechanics that make this rather "simple" game quite engaging. There is a lot of replayability here. Again, a simple concept that's just fun and surprisingly challenging and rewarding. As others have said, the polish is really evident in the mechanics and gameplay. Where similar VR games have developed to the point where they're simply playable... and development has stopped, these developers have really invested in the intro animations, graphical menus, environments, and updates to gameplay. It's really a well built game with attention to detail. Graphics and models are nicely stylized... character movements and animations are varied... it's well worth the spend to me.
