No it's not very good gameplay wise. Graphics and sounds are pretty good, but controls are just bad. I'm sorry even as a hardcore platformer. This is just terrible with collision and placement. Trying to do a basic jump or even land correctly is a nightmare. Specially through gaps that are down right practically almost impossible. If you want a game that will cause you to have major aneurysms. This will definitely cause em.

I like the concept - the graphics and music are great! Better played with a configured controller to help navigate the jumps. Very challenging to scale the tower. Needs to have a little more height and fluidity to the jumping mechanism, so the game can be explored more readily. Otherwise, have many save points along the way so that you don't fall to your doom too easily.
