Unreal Estate Reviews
In Unreal Estate, the City Council has hired you to build the best cityscape, which you’ll do by drafting buildings to your hand. Rejected designs go to the Scrap Pile, but as demand for those buildings grows, you can reclaim them to score the most points. But be careful that the other architects don’t score them before you!

This game is really fun! Easy to learn card game with adorable graphics on the cards. Definitely would recommend to anyone considering it.

I'm always looking for another "play with friends" card or board game I can get in digital format; a couple of good friends like these kinds of games and it's so much easier to have on a laptop or tablet instead of lugging around boxed games when I travel.
I played and lost two rounds, but have a good grasp on the rules now. Learning proper strategy will take a few more play-throughs (it's a fairly casual game though, probably about as strategic as a well-played UNO match).
The art style, music and overall presentation are delightful. The rules are simple enough that a child of 6 or so could participate with adult players. Although you can play against the AI for practice, this is a game that clearly is better played with friends.
Absolutely worth the modest $3 asking price.

Fun little card game. Easy to learn even though it doesn't have the absolute best tutorial out there. Do not buy if you want multiplayer mode; it doesn't work.

Solid and fast casual set collection + drafting card game
+ Cool mix of popular mechanics
+ Easy to learn
+ Nice graphics on cards
+ Sound
+ Price
- Achievements don't pop (at least for me)
- UI looks like from the 90's a bit
- Exit button on help screen is kinda hidden

I'm not especially impressed with either the game itself or the computer adaptation. The game requires a lot of memorization to play well, and the gameplay is too straightforward if you can memorize your opponents' cards. As for the adaptation, the interface is a bit of a mess. It's a little difficult to understand how turns work in a two-player game, for example ("Does my opponent get to take another turn before these cards are discarded?" should not be a difficult question to answer). Some of the graphics are blurry, too.
I got this at half price. I don't dislike it enough to refund it, but I doubt I'll be playing it much.

The review for this game is being reversed from thumb down to thumb up.
Why?
The developers have made a courteous and equitable attempt to improve on the original issue of "missing a window-mode".
Although it still does not have a true window-mode, it is at least a "tab mode" (for a lack of a better term).
**Originally the game was refunded; now the game has been repurchased.**
ORGINAL REVIEW
The game DOES NOT allow window-mode.
It only plays in fullscreen.
Some games are played as a side-novelty while doing something else on the computer.
However, the developers --which made a fair game-- lacked vision on this (sometimes) key-factor for a slow-paced, boardgame.

No, just a refund please....

Thank you, Viedt.

A quirky card game nowadays unavaliable on Steam, since you can't get it anymore this is just a short review for completion's sake.. The gameplay loop is a basic set collection with some special powers mixed in. I guess I'll give it an A for its amazing aesthetic and general feelgood wibe..

Although the gameplay in the video looks cool, DO NOT BUY this game if you want to play it in multiplayer mode. The matchmaking won't find any matches. You can't even play it with your friends because there is no option to invite them. I requested an instant refund after 20 minutes of struggle.

#1 The music is very annoying and there isn't an option that can toggle music off or down but leave sound effects in place. The only audio option is mute.
#2 Many special buildings don't work correctly:
-The troll bridge: only gives you the option to steal points from the player to your right.
-Air Ship: does not work at all and is basically a dead card.
-Witches hut: sometimes doesn't mean in scramble the cards
-Snipers Tower: is not even in the game
#3 Not sure if there isn't anyone queuing for multiplayer or multiplayer just doesn't work. Wait in the queue a few times and no one joins in any player level 2-4.
I love playing the tabletop game with my kids at home but this is definitely not a good representation of it
Requested refund.
Captivating, Easy-to-Learn 4-player Card Game
I like Unreal Estate! It's sort of a cross between the classic card game War and Texas Hold 'Em, except the "dealer" is the scrap pile. It's easier to learn than Uno and fun to play in either single-player mode (against 1 to 3 AIs) or in multiplayer.
Besides the fun art and music, I love this originates from an indie developer—two cool guys who coded it and made it available for all to enjoy. You gotta get this game! It's fun, inexpensive, and supports the little guys!
