You get a fair amount of older German freight waggons, including some liveries of the BR151 and the BR243 (Köf) shunting engine. Quite nice all together if you love some variety in Freight waggons.

This DLC turned out to lack any scenarios or consists. After spending about an hour trying different means to get the content to show up in the game I gave up. The main locomotive was downloaded but there were very few cars. It may be simply too outdated to run with Train Sim Classic. I am returning it.

This DLC does not come as advertised. After installing it , found that it is missing the BR323 loco, the 3 scenarios for Rhur Sieg Add-on and some wagons.

I’m pretty sure that there’s some sort of issue with this DLC. I’ve bought large numbers of TS DLCs and this one doesn’t show up in the menus of available rolling stock. I’ve checked that it is downloading, something and it is. I’ve gone into try to build custom consists, to retry to find the content, but I can’t find it all, in particular some of the wagons. It would help if the manual was attached on the Steam page, but it isn’t and I can’t see it in the manuals on my drive. So this is one of those older DLCs that probably hasn’t been looked at in years and now has issues. Avoid, unless you’re willing to put a lot of time trying to figure out what has actually been delivered.

First of all: most negative reviews are simply wrong. This old pack comes with standard scenarios and they didn't find them. Why you could want to pick up this pack: 1) You have Hagen-Siegen and ideally Seebergbahn (DLC, not workshop), you like them and want more scenarios. 2) You like this era. You are happy to create your own scenarios and browse the workshop. Between this, the E-18, the 103, you have a good start. Mixing with two-axle UK equipment might be a stretch, but might work in yards. 3) You want an intermediate version of the 151. Much better sounds, interesting liveries, but not the expensive Pro version. 4) You want something different from the usual rolling stock supplied with most German routes.

Not a bad add-on for scenario builders that like German content. You get the BR 151 in two liveries and the small BR 323 shunter but where this pack shines is freight wagons. You get various types like open hoppers both tall and small, vans, powder wagons and bulk ones each with various liveries and load types. It is a old add-on and has limitations that other content had back then such as no cab or instrument lightning along with not so great sounds for the 151's and limited safety system functions. While it does say three scenarios included but I only ended up finding two only in the Standard tab. For scenario building the pack can be found by selecting vR_AddOn1 and it will let you select the loco's and wagons individually which makes things easier when you want a specific loco or wagon. If you're wanting to play this straight out of the box only I'd hold off for sales but for scenario builders it's worth getting due to the nice selection you get.
