The Sexy Brutale OST DLC
All the guests are being murdered — horribly! — at this extravagant masquerade party set all across the sprawling and bizarre Sexy Brutale casino mansion. And how a party would work without and exceptional soundtrack? It wouldn't. Enjoy your stay... but do not overstay.

Words can not describe how good this soundtrack is, you just have to listen it yourself.
Big recommendations from me.

One of the greatest things about this already amazing game is its soundtrack. I highly recommend picking it up.
Unfortunately, most of the track information and even some of the songs (including my favorite, The Casino Theme) are missing, so you'll need to get those by using other means if you want them.
Still a great addition to any playlist.

Buyer beware: I bought this to support the devs, but as of Feb. 4, 2024, the OST does not show up in Steam's Soundtracks (I'm on Steam Deck). From what I gather, this is because of the way the soundtrack was programmed (may require different settings on the dev side since Steam's UI overhaul). I had to download VLC in desktop mode and link that to Steam and then load in the OST folder to be able to listen to the .mp3 files in gaming mode. Annoying but it works. Good luck and enjoy this incredible soundtrack!

I normally totally ignore music preferring to just continue on with the game, so music normally plays without me ever noticing. This game's music, however, keeps finding ways to force me to notice and enjoy it. The mysterious nature of one song, the smooth jazzy feel of another, the intensity as the timer slowly runs out nearing the end of the day.
It does bother me that the casino music was not part of this (a personal favorite), but the rest of the songs are very good and great to hear.

Full of lovely flavour and charm. The soundtrack of this game (and sound effects and just audio atmosphere in general) plays such a huge role that it's definitely worth supporting the soundtrack and game.
That being said, don't purchase this expecting a full package. Missing metadata, no CD art, and certain iconic features of the ingame OST (such as the dynamic music changing to fit story beats) are sadly lacking or absent.
But still, I chose to financially support this lovely game and lovely score, and Steam doesn't have a "neutral" option, and I don't feel the downsides warrant a negative review!

It's a very good sountrack, but be aware that the songs have no info beyond their titles; no album name, track numbers, artist names or even album art, so if you want it looking slick in your phone/music player, you're gonna have to fill those in yourself & the credits don't seem to name the musicians, only the composers, singer & saxophonist.

Missing metadata and some tracks, and no lossless format, but it's a small price to pay for the soundtrack that originally introduced me to the joys of electro-swing. Not simply "ambient"-feeling like most game OSTs seem to do, each one works well on its own. My only complaint is that some of these tracks really need an extended version.

This is one of those times I wish Steam had more options beyond "Recommend" and "Don't recommend". Something like "Recommend, but with some caveats", or "Meh". Because the music in Sexy Brutale is just marvelous, and this soundtrack contains a large chunk of that music, so it is good from a purely musical standpoint.
Unfortunately, it falls flat on several points. First of all, there's no CD artwork. Not a big downer, but it's always neat to have something shiny to look at. Second, the tracks themselves lack a lot of info, such as the composer, the track number (that gets shoved into the title of each track, yay), and the NAME OF THE ALBUM. Thirdly, and most damning of all, this soundtrack omits several tracks that exist in the game, such as the rendition of the main theme that plays in the Casino. This is a big shame, because if you listen to the music in the game it is timed to each murder taking place, introducing new instruments and crescendos, slowly becoming more dramatic as time goes by. A lot of work was evidently put into the creation of these renditions, and it's a shame you won't find them on the official soundtrack.
So take this as a "Recommended, but with some caveats". The soundtrack is absolutely worth buying, but it lacks several features which unfortunately makes it a tad disappointing and not as great as it truly could have been, given the excellent music on display.
