Honestly nothing special but cheap enough, the value (especially on sale) is there and the new assets look nice.

For fans of Project Highrise that want more content, this pack comes highly recommended. I spent around 8 hours total earning gold medals on each of the two new scenarios, Seismic Security & Industrial Conversion. I absolutely feel like I got more than my money's worth with this new content pack.

I like the Japanese-themed new items, especially the food stalls! For the Tokyo-themed background, though, the vertical RAMEN signs have a small error that looks a bit weird. Also, not sure why there are so many school signs? Great value if you get this DLC on sale, though.

This DLC does some pretty creative stuff with the structural and aesthetic design of your buildings. If you're getting a wee bit bored with the square outer shape, these individual units will quickly rectify that monotony. And several of the new shop stalls fit in tighter spaces, which makes for easy ground floor economizing in the early game. Go ahead and treat yourself on this one. Get creative.

This is an interesting DLC. Cheap, added some nice little shops, but much of the core mechanics remain the same. You can band aid a scratch but if you don't dull the edge that scratched you eventually you'll run out of band aids. Someday SomaSim will get down to basics and make this game ok. If you own the game the DLC is worthwhile, but don't buy the game because of this little DLC.

Well, this was a pleasant surprise. This mini-DLC adds a nifty set of new features to an already quite excellent game. I've logged about 8 hours with the new content and I'd say it's definitely worth the $2 asking price, perhaps even more than Miami Malls was. The new art installations and food stalls in particular I'm really getting good use out of. I sort of wish it had included more than 2 scenarios, but for the price I can't complain. Gold-medalled one relatively quickly and I'm up to bronze on the other. Also, it is perhaps worth noting that the game supports the standard EFIGS languages and even Russian as a bonus, but SomaSim doesn't have the ability to add support for Japanese due to engine restrictions. If irony were strawberries, we'd all be drinking a lot of smoothies right now.

This DLC is very similar to Miami Malls in terms of extra content that it adds, therefore that DLC review fits this one perfectly. Once again we got a bunch of new buildings, including student houses, food stalls, extra services and more in 2 quite unique scenarios. And once again I think that all of that in a $2 DLC is just an excellent deal that greatly expands base game in its original content. My words from last 2 DLC reviews apply here as well - if you liked the base Project Highrise game, you'll like this extra content as well. If you didn't, this one won't make it any more enjoyable. I love the game, therefore I love those DLCs by definition as well. In terms of scenarios, this took me more or less 6 hours to finish them both. Excellent amount of time considering $2 price. I'm keeping up my promise - I love those small, well-made DLCs in reasonable prices, gonna keep buying them and support the devs as they created a marvelous management game. Keep up the good work!
