This is a remastered mission from Sniper Elite 1 the original game. Nice to see it in better graphics.

You can't play this mission in coop mode. This is really some kind of bullsh*t because the game have coop mode in it's engine so making this DLC single player only is really a dick move from Rebellion. Do not buy this until they make it playable in Coop (which is like never cause they dont give a f***)

The best parts of Sniper Elite V2 were when the player could move through the surroundings like a lethal shadow, picking off the enemy completely unseen. These parts were few and fleeting, however, and often one had to pull out the Thompson or MP40 to finish off the remaining enemies in the very boring direct combat.
This mission on the other hand, where the player must destroy a huge German fuel dump, can be completed totally undetected, and it's very enjoyable to do so. It's pretty short, but if you wished the main game had longer sequences for pure stealth, then this is worth trying.

Usually I dislike DLC's with weapon things.
But they included a mission in this as well.
It increases the playtime with a new quest.
And that's definitely worth a buy for sure.
Everybody likes brand new playtime stuff.
It's a short mission, but it's really worth it.
The base price could be cheaper, though.
I recommend to just wait for the discount.
The playtime has been increased with this.
It deserves a positive review in my opinion.
Thankfully it's not just a bad weapon pack.

This is basically one extra map/mission, with two achievments.
Wait for a sale and it will be worth the price if you liked the base game and look for a little more, expect 30 minutes to 1 hours for the achievments.
Past that, there are no replay value, like the rest of the game.

"The Neudorf Outpost Pack" DLC for "Sniper Elite V2" adds one decent mission to the base game. There's nothing special about that mission and it's indistinguishable from any of the missions in the base game. The problem is that it took me 2.3 hours to complete the DLC and both its Achievements. So, by my dollar an hour metric, it's just not worth the money. If you can catch it on sale, it might be worth it. Since the gameplay is fine, I'll assume purchase by sale and go with Recommending it.

Neudorf Outpost Pack DLC is a really good one, coming with one mission and two weapons.
The mission is pretty much a remake or port of one of the only two missions outside of city in Sniper Elite 1. Layout is pretty much same. You have to come to the base and plant explosives too. Only this time it doesn't force stealth-only, there is no objective to wait for some high-rank to arrive with codebook. Dissapointingly, they didn't put any movie that shows the base exploding at the end of the mission.
It's very different from main campaign. No walls, no linear corridor progression, it's just open field with base at lower ground. No big boom. You can stealth mission from start to finish, possibly without firing a single shot if you are that good. Repeating loud sounds are always there. Actually, you should stealth it, it's most fun this way.
That, or you can just snipe everybody from the distance and fight on. There is enough space for such fun, though mission will end quickly and not exactly eventful this way.
Protip: AI isn't fooled by bushes. Since I don't think that such map with such bushes were in campaign.
It also comes with new sniper rifle and revolver. M1 Carpine's feature is that it can hold 15 ammo in a clip. You can guess that everything else about is balanced to be worse. Webley revolver on other hand is a beast. It can one-shot enemy in campaign. Though it's not silenced weapon, so it's still not go-to choice. I just hope it doesn't wreck multiplayer too, didn't try it there.

A dlc that is good, but the stealth is cool, you have to put explosives, but coming back after that is disgusting because there are a few soldiers bothering there
DLC Review
I think there is a huge difference in quality and target group if you have DLC . One is story related , either inserting new maps /story pieces in between levels, or add a new campaign / story ontop of the main game the other is more for the more hardcore fans i would say aka those that add solely new maps without any story or new skins/weapons (Or for those who dont know better and buy a base game + dlc pack playerbase).
New Features/Gameplay
The main game was always very liniar, yeah you could stealth, but it was stealth mostly on one path towards your objective. This one is very open , non liniar and very short. I beat the mission in less than 7 minutes while stealthing trough it. This is even worse than flipper or old coin based games scammy. Thats around 42,86(rounded) € of playtime for an hour. I know this calculation is just a joke, but still, i think this type of DLC is even as bad as the horse armor joke. Its called "pack" but it solely adds two weapons, the m1 carbine and webley, why exacly those weapons? One an american one a british? Why exacly? The map has no story nor do you interact with any kind of american (outside yourself) or british forces that would adding the weapon make atleast somewhat sense.
Conclusion/TL;DR
I dont recommend this, its alright to play but without context or an story its even worse than filler content. Even good filler is still just stuff that wastes your time when you could do more enjoyable things and spend your money or something different. Maybe buy yourself a pizza or buy some bitcoin i dont know.
