This was, apparently, the only VR game I bought this year making it the only one I could nominate for the VR steam award that I actually own....So of course I nominated it.

Game is not worth investing in reason for this there just is not enough updates or anything to suggest there will be lkike road-map or constant communication to the community via dev blog or just something.
I would suggest to wait even though its cheap i cant recommend at this point.

Broken ass game, cant even get out of the cruddy "tutorial" on quest 2. The holster areas are in the completely wrong place, invisible, no settings menu, and once you equip something you cant put it back. The main gun is impossible to dequip so you can equip grenade to get through tutorial. Trash game.

The game doesn't work more than a month after its early access release. This is simply the latest in a long list of games this developer has released unfinished and probably won't update much. They should finish this one before everything else IMO, because the theme/setting shows a lot of potential. If the voice work was improved, the major bugs fixed, and a lot of work went into the UX design, we could have a major PCVR coop game here. Unfortunately, at this time, the game is just a dollar for a reason: it's a mess.
You want coop? That doesn't work.
You want single player? That works, but it isn't any fun.
You want sandbox? You're in the wrong place.

I'm not 100% positive, but I think I beat the game in about 15 minutes in single-player mode (I may be wrong). I was confused because I thought there were two different levels, but maybe there's only one. There's also a coop online multiplayer mode that I did not try. Anyways, this is a throw-back to 2017 VR wave shooters. You have teleport only (nodal where you can only teleport within a small area). No turning. Only two weapons. Just wave of enemies coming to attack you or the "tower / base".
However, this game is budget-priced. It's only $2.99 USD in Early Access and 30% off on release. Since I only paid a little over $2 USD, I can give this game a neutral recommendation. I have to admit, I had fun. Yeah, it's not a good game, but I still had fun. It's just dumb arcade shooting action at the end of the day, but it looks good and it's action-packed. What more can you ask for at the budget-price? Okay, we can ask for more content and that is fair if I'm right and there's only that one level in the single-player mode.
It's running on the Unity Engine. On my RTX 3080, I was getting mostly 90 fps. I did not experience any serious issues or bugs ... well, I did experience bugs, but the alien bug kind. There are 3 annoyances though: 1) switching weapons is hit or miss, not polished 2) the grenades don't always close the tunnel / hole and 3) the turret sound is too loud and the flashing lights will probably cause some people to experience an epileptic seizure for the first time in their lives. Luckily, I passed the accidental torture test to my retinas with flying colors.

This game wasn't that bad honestly. I have played some bad games which even costed 20 or 30 dollars sometimes. But this game is just 2 dollars and it already has some big things going for it. I loved the gameplay as it was simple yet fun because how the enemies could spawn differently, plus it uses each weapon well and its a fun and easy learning curb. But I don't understand how to beat the boss at the end, and it still barely gives good instructions in the game besides the guns. The graphics are also good and fit a game like this. And plus you can play with other people on a different map with a whole different type of wave structure but with the same enemies. Now I did had some bugs like the hands being bugged when picking up grenades and I even fell through the floor once. But these sometimes don't happen or effect too much of the game. I do think I have some suggestions like adding more modes of course but adding endless wave mode, and maybe try to release a way for people to make their own maps just like how Vertigo 2 does it well. Also add more guns like a shotgun, plus a sniper for a whole different mission where you shoot the bugs far away. Also please make a discord server for this community as it would give more and better feedback and people could group up in a game with discord. And maybe just add arms or even a full body and have maybe full smooth locomotion plus the teleport just to get to higher places while still being able to move pretty freely. But this game has some big potential as it is almost like a demo but cost money. Which sounds bad but I think its good because its barely any money and it supports the devs. So if you like some good old classic alien wave shooters in VR, then you definitely should try this out for a bit, and see how this game goes along the way.

For the price its not that bad, but its like super cheap.
The game needs a lot of polish in a some areas, specially mechanics movement and enemy AI... but really like overall it needs improvements.
This is basically a waveshooter where you can teleport between specific spots, enemies are huge insects that remind me of starship troopers.
Its a bit difficult to recommend because it really doesnt have a lot of content and whats there is a bit clunky, but still i think supporting the dev would be cool so this game can improve.
