I've played clannad and all of muv-luv and this slapped way harder considering its only like 3 hours long. If you like post apocalyptic atmospheres, feelings of apathy and sadness, this is the one for you. Ironically, the robot girl is the last human thing in this story. 9/10

In the context of the protagonist, it makes you wonder - what could've happened in the moment, how would your new robot friend feel if you were a woman, if you looked like her, if you were kinder than the one you've been before she changed you, if you were lonely, lost, and desperate for companionship, and if you never, ever... tried to desert her.
This is a story about desolation, loss, and the yearning for a better world, which wasn't enveloped by this Rain, that War, anything that happened before as a result of bloodshed and greed.
This is a story that, even its adaptations have a lot more depth than some movies whose fans claim to have substance - looking at you, "Green Bones".
This is a story written in 2004, a slow-burn that picks up when you get to see the planetarium, yet it beautifully captures that Interstellar feeling if you know what I'm talking about. Such a masterful movie, too.
The one thing she has left for you because she was written to attract customers, to share the planetarium's details, beauty, and subtext from decades past over and over again because the ones who made her believed in a vision that's no longer there.
She's all abandoned, in a post-apocalyptic world for 30 years and only living in a state of maintenance - one that ensures she can't be meticulately repaired and refined to be smarter, to be more proactive, to be more human.
This world's full of deserted land, followed by machines that only know harm, and the remaining lives making the most of what they have. When she exited that stage, it was never the same... again.
As for the port, it's better than the previous one they sold, but that didn't change the quality of the plot, the visuals, the music... it's as perfect as it once, and always was, and with nothing else in sight, this will forever be hailed a classic by many visual novel fans and its kinetic nature lets it stand the test of time. So take some time to read it. You won't regret it.

Normally, when a game can make me cry, it is the absolute high point of the game.
This game, towards the end, I actively had to take breaks from because I could not stop.
