Playtime: 685 minutes
Steel Rats squanders its cool dieselpunk aesthetic and unique motorcycle concept with frustratingly clunky controls that make it look like it was ported by a goldfish. The gameplay rapidly becomes stale and repetitive, offering little depth or mission variety beyond very simple shooting and clunky platforming. What initially looks stylish quickly devolves into a forgettable slog plagued by imprecise handling and wasted potential, making the entire experience feel more like a frustrating chore than thrilling robot destruction.
