Incompetent managers are provoking consumers

bought this pack and never received the in game items so for now you should skip this DLC until they fix it.

Hello, I recently bought "Stellaris: Starter Edition" which among other DLC's includes "Stellaris: Galaxy Edition Upgrade Pack" but I can't seem to find the exclusive arachnoid alien race in the empire creation section. Nor do I have any idea how to acces the other supposed benefits of this "Stellaris: Galaxy Edition Upgrade Pack". Can somebody (preferrably the devellopers or customer support) help me get access to the products I bought?

Only worth it if you are a fan of the game, and if it is on discount. Gameplay wise, you only get 1 new portrait.

After searching my entire computer for many times, I still unable to allocate all the contents as promised by the developer in this DLC. Can anyone please kindly inform me how to find the contents of this DLC, where is the routine? Many thanks!

Mostly rp but there's some limited mechanic increases related, still not worth the price though.
