yes, but you have to mod the game. Mad God, Fus, Auriels Dream all good mod list. Really the best game VR has to offer imo once fully modded.

Really good as long as you use mods to fix it.
Luckily they're free and easily accessible at nexus

LOVE THIS but the motion blur makes it almost unplayable.
Not only does it ruin the immersion butt it makes you motion sick FR FR.

Skyrim in vr is like trying not feel like i am gonna vomit challenge from motion blur. I say this is way to over priced for what it is a 10 year old game. It has lots of mods but i say just stick with normal skyrim and avoid this pile of hot garbage.

Very fun way to play skyrim and the visuals are quite amazing when you max out your vr headset resolution with a proper setup. I have not finished it in vr but have in regular game and I'm truly impressed as to how they created the VR version. Props to this vr version for being very immersive, fun and expandable with mods.

If you got a good computer and an ok headset and love skyrim this is great! It feels way more immersive and like you are actually getting in between conflicts

don't buy this even if you think of modding it.Many mod and mod list are large time sinks also there is always and issue that you will most likely spend more time trying to fix than the actual time you will spend playing with that mod.But there will either be little no none information on the issue or ppl just arguing on how to fix it.

Great with mods. Wabbajack + FUS RO DAH mod pack + a bunch of custom mods later in the load order.
Definitely recommend customizing any VR headset strap so that you can comfortably stay in VR for long periods. Remove any facial interface. Distribute weight across the forehead, scalp, and back of the head. Counterbalance the front and back weight. The goal is to end a VR session with zero red marks on your face and head.

First, grab the essential mods—there are about four that make a huge difference. Just search "Skyrim VR must-have mods", and you'll find a solid list.
Second, this game is absolutely wild. The first time I cast a healing spell and saw the magic glowing in my hand, I was completely blown away.

Skyrim VR is, in fact, the same old Skyrim, once again cleverly resold to us by Todd Howard. Only now, it's also in VR. So, literally, it's just Skyrim - with all its bugs, glitches, an incredibly beautiful world, and an engaging storyline that we've all played through multiple times.
Playing in VR adds a few nice bonuses for veterans of the game. Many dungeons can now be completed simply by noclipping your hand through a door or a gate to pull a lever. Getting to merchant chests is also much easier - you can physically lower your head to the floor and reach for the coveted loot. Just don’t touch the "Do Not Delete" chest. I don’t know what happens if you take it - I never tried.
Gameplay-wise, the game has barely changed. The main difference from regular Skyrim is that you can attack much faster. This is bad news for mages, though. As a warrior or thief, you can land hundreds of strikes or shoot thousands of arrows per minute, while mages still have to charge their spells the old-fashioned way. Personally, as always, I played as a thief, so aiming a bow immersively was very enjoyable and engaging.
Since this is Skyrim, you'll be spending a lot of time in the game - and that's a problem. Any VR user will tell you that wearing a headset for too long is tough. And it really is. Everyone has their own struggles. I had no problem standing for ten hours a day, shooting arrows and stealing sweet rolls, but the headset does press against the eyes and cheekbones. So, I wouldn’t recommend playing for more than five hours at a time.
I played on a Quest 3, and the game itself runs flawlessly. However, if you try to switch to your desktop or Steam menu, the game might freeze or even crash your PC.
As I said earlier - it's just Skyrim. Essentially the same game it was 14 years ago. A timeless classic, and it was a real pleasure to dive into the world of Tamriel in a new way through VR.
