Ever since Windlands on the DK2 Aerial VR games have become my favourite. This has good content/replayability for the price although I would like a smooth turn option just because 90% of the games I play regularly use it (not to mention it allows for much more precise movements). Even without it it's still fun and challenging enough that I'll get my money's worth :)

Played on a Valve Index - the grip is so sensitive that the game doesn't seem to register when I want to let go of something. Even when I do release grapple, it feels like I have no control over where I'm going.
I say give this a miss and go play Jet Island or Jupitergrad.

I had fun with this, but it isn't perfect. Level 19 is uncompleteable. The resolution is really really bad. And the enemies give too much agro.
I did enjoy it though...

Kind of like much uglier and jankier Windlands 1. Visuals and sounds are bad, environments are very similar and look procedurally generated.
Grappling hook movement is ok, but not as fluid as in Jet Island or Windlands series. Climbing uses unique stilts-like mechanics but it's incredibly clunky and doesn't work up close. Fighting small light enemies that can be thrown away using grappling hook was fun, but then big flying blenders were introduced and I stopped playing out of sheer frustration after dying a dozen times.
P.S. The game works fine on Reverb G2.

Very cool idea of space parkour. The player needs to be constantly aware of surroundings. If you does not pay attention you can end up with a buch of rockets in your "back" ;) In case of facing multiple enemies at once it can be challenging but at the same time fun. Bullet time makes your life much easier! You can jump into the middle of enemies and face them all, or take them out one by one.
Like the graphics, idea and dynamic of the game. I hope in future more types of enemies will be added.
Pity it does not have multiplayer. Has potential for battle royale or speed run with obstacles or simply co-op.

At the very first glance, the game doesn't seem to be impressive, and then after a couple of minutes, you feel like a futuristic spiderman flying around obstacles. The graphics are not breathtaking, but this game never put too much emphasis on this aspect, instead, the point of the development was to give the player a feeling of freedom in his movement, and the ability to surpass the limitations and find new possibilities. Just a joyful VR game to get up, move a bit and have fun with. Worth checking out for every VR fan.

UPDATE 3:
Finished the game on all 3 difficulty settings. The "hard" mode gets pretty serious in the latter part of the game. Honestly, I find myself returning to this title over and over again. It is legitimately a great game if you like grappling action. I remain utterly shocked that the (Polish?) developers have had zero engagement on Steam--this title could sell a lot more copies if they made a small effort to advertise and/or engage. Regardless, it is a tremendously fun game at a very low (non-sale) price. Is it perfect? No. However it fully succeeds at what it attempts to do. I doubt we'll get a sequel, but I'd buy it in a heartbeat if they produce another title in this vein.
UPDATE 2:
Finished the game. Honestly, one of the most fun VR titles I've ever played. It has 20 levels which gradually get tougher. Everything I said in my previous Update still applies. I really wish the developers could have advertised this game, because it absolutely deserves more exposure. Like the games I've previously compared it to (Jet Island & Windlands), it might be intense for some people--but if you've got your VR legs, then it is awesome. If you really enjoy whipping through the air at incredible speeds, grappling your way around levels, it honestly doesn't get much better for pure unadulterated action. Just a really, really nice little game that is being sold at a very reasonable price.
UPDATED REVIEW:
I've got a lot further into this game since my initial review. The only thing I'd change is that upon further playing, this title has more in common with Jet Island than Windlands. The later levels become much faster and the addition of enemies that you must both avoid and fight really amp up the action. The developer must not have had any money for advertising this game, which is a shame because this title is actually pretty d@mn awesome. I 100% recommend it--it is all kinds of fun.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
This is a preliminary review based on merely playing the first 5 levels. I will update this review with more details as I get further into the game. I felt compelled to write a quick review because this title currently has only a few reviews and there are zero reviews on MetaCritic and none found on YouTube.
I experienced this game on an Oculus Quest using Virtual Desktop (it works great wirelessly FWIW).
I have a ton of hours in Windlands 1&2 as well as Jet Island. This game uses a similar grappling mechanic to propel you through the air. Like each of those games, this one might very well cause discomfort if you haven't gotten your VR legs yet. Also, it has no comfort options at the moment (such as those found in the Windlands series). My initial hot-take is that SlingerVR is more like Windlands 1 insofar as it is a single-player, platformer type game. There are currently no multiplayer options (such as in Windlands 2) and no realistic physics (as in Jet Island).
Unlike each of those games, SlingerVR lacks any snap-turn option which means the game must be played standing. I hope the developer re-visits this, because a seated-option would be most welcome.
Although I am only 5 levels in, what I can say, and what I felt was important to pass-on to potential buyers, is that SlingerVR will give you that same flying/grappling thrill that you may have experienced in Windlands or Jet Island. If you enjoyed that type of action, then SlingerVR captures it pretty darn well. The gameplay that I've seen so-far is enjoyable enough. At $15, I absolutely recommend the game if you enjoyed the other titles I've compared it to.

I love VR games set in Space!
This game makes you feel like some kind of spider man, lost in space.
It has nice feeling of flying and it really makes you think a little, how to get to the next level.
It looks really nice and have cool music.
Works great on my HTC VIVE Cosmos.
I highly recommend this game for all VR users!

In a nut-shell, I really love this game, here's my experience, my two word spoiler free review:
{Insert an english word for "zajebista gra"}
Very chilly, i just walk around and listen to cool music.
Performance is quite nice, i don't really know how they manage to pull that quality and achieve steady fps on my quite low-spec pc.
Got a VR headset? Get it.
