Paper Toss VR Reviews

Its not a bad game but, there are many things that need to be fixed. As of right now i cant recommend this game because of the bugs.

It's not 'bad'. It looks quite polished. The environment is nice, it has music, and it actually uses a recent version of UE4. It would have been nice to be able to locomote and view the environment that otherwise is wasted. [b]This office looks nice.[/b] I still want all these little VR apps on steam, no matter how insignificant. It just sucks that we can't 'stream' or otherwise combine all these little VR experiences into 'locations' in the metaverse. At the moment, they are all just separate steam apps, that you have to download and install in the clunky fashion inherent to computer gaming for decades. You know what I mean? Anywho, I'm still appreciative of something like this. I can make a video for it, take screenshots, etc. In this way I can indulge my the OCD related to Steam collection that has (more or less) ruined my life. Another benefit at the present time, is that I can feel alright leaving a negative review, which will balance out my collection of reviews that is largely positive. Crass, I know. GOOD GOD. Looking at the trailer (which literally said "an relax vr experience," I laughed), I got this game essentially assuming it would be terrible. IT WAS WORSE THAN I THOUGHT. This is literally less fun than the app. It's actually horrific and unbelievable how bad it was. Why the hell would you make a paper toss game for VR, where [b] YOU DON'T EVEN "TOSS" ANYTHING. You literally aim your controller and hold down a power meter. [/b] This mechanic is implemented in non-vr apps because you can't simulate the physics of throwing. In VR, it's totally possible! It's inconceivable that the morons who made this cash grab literally didn't even add the ability to "throw." But wait, it gets even worse! You are forced to use two controllers. Why?? Because you have to hold down the power meter using your non-dominant hand's trigger, while aiming using your dominant hand. How is it even legal to willingly break the game this badly? The game is even glitched, horribly. If you don't aim through a specific hitbox on the trash can, the paper will just clip right through it. WTF. Not only is this worthless garbage not worth one dollar, it's not even worth playing for free. You would literally have to pay me to play this trash. I'm convinced that the other wads of paper in the trash can you're tossing balls into, would have information worth 10x more than the game itself. The developers should be ashamed of themselves. Seriously.
