Honestly I was expecting better from this game. It's not a terrible game, it just seems like the developers could've added more things to do.

The optimization is very bad! FPS drops, slow loading... It's interesting that much more heavy games like GTAV, ETS2 or Genshin can run stably on my computer at 30-40fps with no drops, but this game is only 10-15fps and drops even at the lowest graphics settings. This game is unenjoyable! I do not recommend it to anyone! The stated system requirements are a scam!

This game is the absulute best LEO, FD, and EMS game ive ever played

Bought this to play it with some friends but multiplay is a hot mess in this one. The game might be good in singleplay, I don´t know, and frankly, I don´t care.

Love the freedom and sandbox style freedom of the game.

Better off installing GTAV Legacy and LSPDFR for a much better experience

I returned this game years ago because it was bad. It had basically no content. The universe feels completely lifeless

The idea of the game is really nice. But the gameplay is full of strange things.. When you check a patient for a pulse and you don't register one or even when the patient is not responing. You always request a ambulance to get onto the scene. In the game you first need to get your medical bag, then inspect the patient, then get your cpr kit. Apply the cpr unit, do some pulses.. get a pulse, set an iv line and then you can call for an ambulance. The driving is like a pinball machine.. And when you take collegues with you they are really annoying.. Had to use the ambulance to flip the brancard with patient back on top.. I truly gave the game a shot.. but It annoyed me too much.

It's a hot buggy trash mess, but it's the only game that does what it does. It's very clear the SOLO developer cares, even despite some of the trashy decisions, such as releasing paid DLCs for a game as broken as it is. That said, you NEED either friends already to play it with, or to be extroverted enough to be able to make friends in the servers. The single player is most certainly not where the main enjoyment is at.

[h1]Instead of fixing the game-breaking bugs and most importantly - [b]the horrible performance[/b] - these devs are simply hungry for money and therefore they are focusing solely on DLC and useless so-called "free content" that nobody asked for.[/h1] [b]Refunded/10[/b] - Listen to your community, devs, otherwise that hunger for money is going to turn into starvation and inevitable "death" very fast.
