My first call as a police officer was to detain an arsonist setting fire on a dumpster (Which is kind of an ironic allegory to the game itself) When I arrived, the dude literally spawned behind the dumpster and killed me, after respawning and going back to the scene, I spent 6 minutes watching 2 firebombers extinguish the dumpster fire.
The worst case was the last call I tried to answer which was literally impossible to complete. Why you may ask, well let me tell you: I answered a call of a mugging in process, before that I made the dreadful decision of trying out the partner system. Well, turns out that the partner broke the game, ran straight into the suspect, shot 3 times at him, handcuffed him and pushed him into a wall which completely broke everything. I spent 5 minutes frisking the dude so I could call a transporter for him, and for 5 minutes the game was telling me to frisk him before calling a transport.
I couldn't even return the stolen items to the victim because HE WAS LYING HALF-DEAD ON THE GROUND AND THE GAME KEPT TELLING ME TO RETURN THE ITEMS TO HIM, I couldn't even call an ambulance because the AI pathing of the drivers is absolutely terrible and will crash into everything the find across their way.
The AI is something I'd expect on an indie game from 2010, because Mafia (2002) has better AI than this. The civilians, both pedestrians and drivers, will go around randomly like headless chickens and bumping and crashing into everything. The backup system is completely useless because half of the time their cars will crash along the way and you'll be dead/finish the call before they arrive.
Do not buy this game unless you're really bored, have a few extra cents to spend on random games and this gme IS on sale. The game shows huge potential to be fun, entertaining and engaging, but is just broken in every way possible.

The game just.. sadly feels bland. Its not what I expect with a Emergency Sim. Streets feel empty, physics are bland and plain, and some controls can be confusing. Really want to enjoy this but I think its just not for me.

Kinda reminds me of LSPDFR, graphics are okay, had some multiplayer connection troubles, but other than that, the game is great.

graphics and car details are good but the AI , specially AI needs a lot of work path finding and interactivity with them and animations of players and AI

Now I love simulator games, this being one of them, it has true heart and tries to do it very well, however I cannot ignore the bugs, AI being dumber than me during school and traffic needing worked on. I do like this game and I will continue to play it, just need's some more improvement's and quality to life fixes.

While the basics of the game are good, it's incredibly buggy, terribly optimized and very empty. It's simply not possible to have a session without gamebreaking bugs.
This game should be in early access, it's an alpha at best.

I like the idea yet the game engine and all the other stuff suck. For example NPCs are so dumb that when you force them to speed they can't turn properly and crash in every intersection, but this not the only thing also when there's an emergency and you're trying to make way for ems good luck with that the ems driver will not use the spaces and will stuck in there. And game engine, you have a sound pack from 2010's browser flash game which has that drift sound in every brake, and vehicle sounds I don't wanna even talk about it (they don't exist).
Optimization is another issue that almost everyone already mentioned so I'm gonna skip it.
So its not playable at all? I would say no. As you can see I have 7 hours (I like speed monitoring) but I guess its not going to be more than 10 because after some time nah its not fun anymore even with the mods.
I will recommend this game IF THEY FIX all the stuff I and the other guys already mentioned, but for now NO.

Somehow a mod for GTA V (LSPDFR) is 10x better than a game that supposedly focuses solely on the emergency services. This game is laggy, janky, full of bugs and really lacking in details. Putting the bugs and graphics aside you would expect the actual police mechanics to be fleshed out but nope.

During the early days, this game really showed promise and I really tried my best to stick with the game in the hopes of what the final product could be - However I started getting a bad taste in my mouth when the dev kept dropping multiple DLC's for new vehicles, I understand you need to make money to continue development of a game but to release multiple DLC's whilst in early access? No thanks.
The optimisation is awful, no matter what rig you've got you will face stutters when playing online, the NPC's will routinely de-sync causing you to not be able to see them, callouts will bug with NPC's under the ground and get repetitive, even if you download some fan made missions.
Wait for it to go on a big discount, but even then, this game has a long way to go.

My rating: 6/10 but overall positive (From a Fire Dept player)
Niche Pros:
Customizable lighting sequences
Moddable vehicle liveries and sirens
Proper Windable Q-Siren
MODS
Pros:
Tons of customization in terms of lighting, lighting patterns, and equipment
Lighting looks beautiful
Many types of call types (Even more with mods)
Very fun to play over and over again
Cons:
Low FPS is common even with a maxxed out 4060 ti
AI Pathing is GARBAGE (Ambulances crashing, people walking infront of you during responses
Partners are dumb (Running into burning buildings with no SCBA and fighting with an extinguisher)
Overall:
Feels like a beta test, but its still very fun although sometimes annoying. Buy if on sale only
