Oyun çok basit ve sade çok fazla geliştirilecek yönü var ama ilginç bir şekilde sarabiliyor.

Age of History II is basically what happens when you hand a world map to someone and say, “Go nuts.” You start with one little country, blink twice, and suddenly you’re either a peaceful trade empire… or you’ve accidentally annexed half of Europe because you misclicked.

There’s still fun to be had here, but the lack of support and this cash-grab approach make it hard to recommend in good faith. Łukasz Jakowski’s grand strategy sandbox has a solid foundation, such as light mechanics, replayability, and a passionate modding community. But the game is held back by persistent bugs, AI quirks, and a developer who seems to have moved on rather than polish the experience. Worse yet, the 'Definitive Edition' is sold as a separate game instead of being a proper update to the original, forcing players to pay again for what should have been fixes and improvements.

✅ Age of History 2 – A surprisingly deep strategy game in a small package. If you love grand strategy but don’t want to dive into huge, complex games, Age of History 2 is a perfect choice. It’s simple to pick up but offers tons of depth in diplomacy, war, and empire management. The map spans centuries of history, letting you rewrite the fate of nations in your own style. It’s easy to get lost for hours trying to conquer the world, one province at a time. For strategy fans who want a quick but satisfying fix — this game delivers. 7.5/10 – History never looked so fun.

Age of History II looks simple at first, but once you get into it, you realize how deep it actually is. The map covers the entire world and you can play as pretty much any country, from ancient times to modern day. Whether you want to build a peaceful empire through diplomacy or crush your enemies with military power, the game gives you that freedom. The best part is how flexible it is. You can rewrite history in endless ways: make small nations rise into global powers, recreate old empires, or completely change the outcome of major wars. Every campaign feels different, and there’s always another strategy to try out. It’s not perfect. The interface can feel clunky at times, and the game can be overwhelming if you’re not used to grand strategy. But once you get the hang of it, it’s incredibly addictive. Hours disappear without you realizing it. If you enjoy history, strategy, and the idea of controlling the fate of nations, Age of History II is absolutely worth it. Do I recommend it? Yes, especially for strategy fans who like having total control over world history.

While game is good, developer is trying to milk it instead of fixing any bugs
