A simple puzzle game. No fuss.
Not really memorable, but enjoyable.

Had to apply minimal brain power to maybe five out of the 144 levels. The majority I completed by random click-and-drag, usually on the first try. I'm not smart, the puzzles are just way too easy, or have too many solutions each. It's a cheap and easy 100% if that matters to you.

The human mind always wants to turn to the perfect. Therefore, symmetry is one of the indispensable things by our nature. This game is based on satisfying the mind with various puzzles. Because you move with a sense of completeness while matching the squares in the game.

The game was okay. Most of the time i didnt even have to think about it and i won. The game trailer is pretty much the entire game. The soundtrack is annoying but you can mute it

How did no one on the development team realize having a bright flash of white after every load screen or menu select was a bad idea?
The puzzles are cute and simple (completed 36 levels in ~20 minutes), but the flash of light can't be turned off and is migraine inducing.

It's like you're a Jedi. You're practicing your lightsaber. And your parent called you to help them prepare your dinner consisting of a huge amount of tofu. So you decided to train your lightsaber skill and slice the tofu at the same time, in a smug and relaxed manner of course.
That's what I feel when playing Linked.
The objective of this game is to 'Link' the blocks into the group of the given numbers at each stage, using only a straight line across each block to group them each time. The linked blocks will disappear. Keep linking them until you can clear the board. The idea of the 'dividing blocks and grouping them with one straight line' puzzle is innovative. I've never played any puzzle game like this before. And I love the lightsaber-like effect when we [strike]slice the tofu[/strike] link the blocks into the same group to make it disappear from the board.
At first glance, the game is very interesting, the idea and the game mechanic are so promising, but unfortunately, the gameplay and the puzzle itself become tedious in the long run. Using the same way, same logic, along with some trials and errors, to solve 12 x 12 levels of puzzles is too much for me. After halfway, my brain grew numb. I don't think anymore, just let my instinct do the trials and errors until I pass each level. So it makes me feel like I'm doing a chore a little.
I wouldn't recommend it if you want a quick game to win or an easy game to grind achievements. (Though it might be easy, this is not going to be quick; and if you are to make it quick, it will be exhausting.)
Still, it can be relaxing if you go slowly and chill. Moreover, the price is inexpensive. So I wouldn't give this game a thumb-down. Instead, I'd encourage y'all to give it a shot for the gameplay and such a unique experience.
PS. Have I already said I love the lightsaber effect very much?

It is a simple minimalistic puzzle game, the game mechanic is straight forward link the squares to clear the board. A potato could run this game as it is done with Unity engine.
I did enjoy the gradient backgrounds and the music was not annoying but still you would like to turn it down and play something of your own. It is not a long game but it is totally worth the almost free to play amount they are selling it during a sale. There is no replayability as the game is prefixed no randomizing puzzles.
It does have steam achievements and trading cards which is always nice to see.

Linked is a minimalistic puzzle game. Each puzzle shows you a number of blocks and a caption to let you know exactly which combinations of blocks you need to make, for example:

3 times 2 blocks

4 times 3 blocks

2 times 5 blocks
You then need to drag the mouse pointer in a straight line across 2, 3 or 5 blocks to make those blocks disappear. Do this twice with a row of 5 blocks, 4 times with a row of 3 blocks and 3 times with a row of 2 blocks to make all of the blocks disappear, meaning you solved the puzzle.
Linked offers 12 'groups' of puzzles, each consisting of 12 puzzles, so that's 144 puzzles overall. It took me a little more than two hours to solve them all.
Most of the puzzles are easy, either because there are just so many possible correct solutions or because the solution is fairly obvious if you analyse the puzzle for two seconds. There are a few brain-teasers, though, especially in the last group.
In puzzle games, I really appreciate it when you can skip a puzzle that has you stumped, so you can come back fresh to it at a later time. Unfortunately, Linked does not offer such an option. If you're stuck on a puzzle, you're stuck so you either keep trying to solve that one puzzle, look up the solution in a guide or (rage)quit the game.
The background music in Linked is a nice piano tune that's subtle enough to not distract you from thinking, so that's a plus. If you prefer, you can switch off the music and/or the sound effects through the game menu.
Linked has 5 Steam Trading Cards. You'll get 3 while running the game. The 12 Steam Achievements are very basic and straightforward: you get one for each group of puzzles you manage to complete.
