It had moments where it was fun, where you obliterate large groups of enemies. I often I found it to be kind of boring and repetitive, though. Controlling the helicopter was straightforward and I liked the different views you could use.
You fly around killing waves of mutants - they're either on foot, in a truck, or in a tank. There are different objectives but ultimately you'll still just be shooting group of enemies. There's a couple different helicopters, difficulties, and upgrades as well.
Sometimes enemies can be quite hard to see and you have to kind of hunt for the last remaining few enemies. The vehicles also get stuck once in a while, so again, you have to go find them. Looking at the screenshots/trailer now though, there does seem to be some kind of targeting/outline system that I must've missed.
If you're into more "realistic" games you may enjoy this more I did - realistic as in it hasn't really been "gamified" very much. For it's price point, at $0.49 on sale, I think it's fine if it looks like a game you may enjoy.
