This program is unfortunately abandoned as far as updates go, but please keep reading. I've tried over 6 different programs for making battle maps, city maps, world maps, space maps, and so on. I've bought some of the most bloated and most supported ones and every single time I come back to this dungeon painter cause it just works. Out of the box you have everything you need for Fantasy Battles maps. If you want to do scifi or modern you will want to go to the workshop and they have mostly what you need. Adding your own assets is also very simple with this program so do not worry if they are some tokens you want just clean the image and import the file. The best part though is this programs interface is as smooth as you could want and the export to image files provides plenty of details such as setting the resolution and transparent prints too, which you may say doesn't sound great, but a lot of those live service ones have hard limits.
Its worth $15.00 to say the least.
