Does not allow cross platform play. It's absurd that in 2025 it's still a thing...

Devs made jumping levels where the Jump button can be spammed and wont trigger. very infuriating and easily fixed. all my friends say it sucks and theres nobody online to help even though its a year old. Personally if they would just allow the jump to trigger while in air a singular time, this would fix the issue. Also boss fights have one shot gimmicks on every level, so you cants enjoy the game solo, or survive as a tank or run away as a ranged. glad i only wasted a few dollars, holy f**** does this have so much ruined potential

Worth 15? not too sure but i picked it up for 3 dollars. Has some minor quirks, game isnt settign any graphics and gameplay standards. but its a fun little dungeon crawl/slogg. Has plenty of elites/bosses for the maps. good little co op experience so far.

Super simple. Relaxing, and fun. Not a AAA game, but it's a lot better designed than expected. Aside from friends losing connection to the party once in a while, it's great! Totally worth $3.

Great game, but i don't see myself doing any dungeons more than once. well worth the $2.99 i spent. story isn't great and the main characters are nothing special, but the game play and enviroments are really good. armor and weapon design isn't my taste, but there not terrible.

Picked this up on sale recently. The graphics may be a little old school, but it actually has some really good combat. You can dodge infinitely, explore underwater without drowning (at least I haven't come close to drowning yet), the dungeons are pretty big, and any buffs you put on last minutes at a time at minimum. This game is easily played with a controller, but you do have more hotkey options, and a little more in control with a keyboard/mouse setup. I mentioned anything about the story being good or not, but I'm only into the second dungeon. If you're looking for an open world game, this is not for you. It is very much instance-based. But it is multiplayer, so you can still wreck a dungeon with your friends.

Fun in a janky, goofy, charming way. Definitely worth the three bucks I picked it up for on sale. Much better with friends.

Edit: I would recommend all players play through the first two zones before making up their mind on the game. The Crypt of Horrors was fine, but I really enjoyed The Dark Hollow. Even though the indie jank really begins to show in this map, it was a lot of fun. This zone also solidified the recommendation from me. I don't usually play games like this, but it was on sale for $3 USD so I gave it a shot. From character creation until I completed the first dungeon (Crypt of Horrors) was about 3 hours. That's looking in every nook and cranny, destroying every crate, coffin, etc, taking time comparing and upgrading gear. I would say I had enough fun during those 3 hours to justify the $3 I spent even if I never touch the game again. That was solo as a Cleric btw. The combat is fun enough, there are some interesting mechanics to keep you from getting too comfortable, and there plenty of elites/bosses along the way. The inventory system could use some quality of life updates, but its serviceable. The leveling is fairly slow, but you have plenty of abilities to use even by level 5 (unless you are a solo Cleric like me and have 2 abilities that you can't use lol). I'm not sure I want to grind out to level 20 and unlock the Heroism system, but time will tell. As for crafting... I purchased a blue print for a Hammer and used some of the epic essence I got from the Crypt of Horrors to craft myself an epic weapon. It cost a decent amount of materials and gold and was barely better than the blue weapon I had picked up. Things seem pretty expensive relative to the amount of gold I've acquired so far and I'm not sure if this gets better. As it stands right now I won't be crafting much. Honestly there are probably a ton of games that would be a better use of your time, but if you are like me and like trying out random smaller games sometimes (or like the genre) and its on sale, why not give it a shot.
