My first ever RTS, I used a steam controller and still won a match even if it didn't unlock the achievement. I'd buy that for a dollar

Amazing game and quite hilarious. Simple rts mechanics a la Warcraft 3 with unique factions. A steal for this price. Pick it up!

Highly recommend playing this with at least one other person because that makes it very fun to play. All the different factions add diversity and interest into the game and if you get bored of the stock game factions then you can download more. The maps are very fun too, although some look very difficult to use due to the size and spacing of factions. Very good game for a buck I would recommend you get this.

This game was my childhood, every time a friend came over we played this and it was epic.

Its a Real time strategy game which is really fun, once u get used to it. It doesnt have the best graphics but doesnt really need it. You can set the difficulty from easy to hard and even individuelly can change their recource multiplier. For example: If you set the multiplier to 2 then they get twice as many recources as normaly. if u set it to 0.5 they only get half the recources. This goes from 0.5 to 4.9 so every game can be different.

First played this game when i found it on a pos laptop that was given to me. Had a lot of fun playing it then. When i found out that it was on steam, i immediately bought it and played it. Highly recommend! :)

I have been playing MegaGlest for about five years, as it was the only good RTS available for Linux. I was very happy to pay a pittance to help the developers improve this excellent game. This is indeed what a good RTS should look like and play like. Highly recommended.

- visuals are below standards of 2004 - no campaign + many factions and units to explore + downloadable extra content + lots of customization options in skirmish battles (incl. observer mode) + customizable hotkeys + giving orders in pause mode possible Verdict: I like this one more than many other RTS that I've played. Recommended! So far, I didn't try multiplayer. I heard you can download this for free on their homepage. But this version supports the developer.

Great classic RTS. Hard to find these anymore (of any good quality). I love playing this LAN with a couple of friends (spec requirement are low so it is nice for guys with weak laptops). Best part yet is that it is open-source so we don't have to worrry about the game dying off. Fun title, would defintely recommend!
