Is it better than City Siege 3? No. City Siege has been a mixed bag, with 1, 2, 3 being awesome, with 3 being the peak(imo), but I still enjoyed 4, and FUBAR had some fun quirks. Sniper? An interesting concept, but not my cup of tea. FI takes the star system from Sniper and the coin collection from FUBAR while adding a reduced unit roster, new animation style(why?), and smaller, more frustrating maps. If you are hoping for a new City Siege on par or better than 3, I would play FUBAR or 4. Let me put it this way. I did not dislike my play through.

The game is basically free considering that it unlocks trading cards after playing; however, that doesn't negate how much of a disappointment this piece of shit is. The other games in the series were flash online games available to play on browsers, and they have the audacity to release a sub-par version of those free games on Steam. The issues with this game are too many to even be a free game.
