Has few good head cosmetics especially for Dwight, Ace and Claudette if you wanna spice up your style a bit.

Another cosmetic DLC. It's okay.
Very mixed but not a lot of variety to go with. Still suffices for its work.
Just a bit shame how these DLCs feel a bit better than what's in the store and battle passes since reskins
and more reskins of already existing skins do not bode well.

It's worth buying if you like the cosmetics which are all shown in the screenshots. A lot of people for some reason thought they got more than head pieces which blows my mind because the description tells you exactly what you get and the name of the DLC is literally Headcase, I have no idea why anyone would expect to get some Pax exclusive for 3 dollars

Now, I, along with many others, enjoy the new added customizations. They're great! But, before you go and buy the pack, let me give a fair warning; not everything on the pictures shown above are avaliable.
Now, i'm not entirely sure why that is, but I have been told that it was an accidental release of something from another future pack. The items that are 'not' included in this pack are meg and claudette's leg and bodywear. Meg's bodywear was the reason i bought the pack, but now it's been removed, i guess i just have some hair that i'll probably never use for her... either way, the remaining head customizations look great, so i'm not really mad about it. Just a little upset.
I do recomend the pack, though! Dwight looks like a boss.

Ignore the negative reviews that complain about "removing content".
This the "Headcase" survivor cosmetic dlc, it was never suppose to have any body or killer dlc in it. Which is why it was removed since that stuff is suppose to be a part of the FREE DLC ANNIVERSARY EVENT.
What you see on this store page is what you get, two head cosmetics for each survivor except Laurie and Bill (copyright reasons) and Feng (too new of a survivor to give cosmetics to at the time of the release of this content.) Considering that is 12 cosmetic items for $3, that is a fair and reasonable price.
But to keep in mind: it is just cosmetics, you don't need it to play the game. It is just to make you look "cool" and "special".

Getting tired of how your survivors look? Feels like you've seen it all before? Would you like a Nia that looks like she's wearing a strawberry on her head, a Jake that looks reminisent of the infamous YouTuber/Twitchy The Montologist and a Dwight that looks like the douchbag we all know he really is?! Well you're in luck!
This DLC package is the most expansive to date, featuring new looks for all of the base model characters; two new looks each. Unfortunately, this DLC excludes the trademarked characters, Laurie and Bill, and also, sadly, the newest survivor, Feng. However, for the price tag (currently 2.99 USD at time of writing), this DLC is well worth the money and, I expect, will signal to the developers that selling more skins may be a good idea.
Conclusion: If you enjoy the game and enjoy variety in your survivors' looks, this DLC is something to give a long think over ... afterwhich you'll want to snap it up. Enjoy and ... see you all you Aces going with the Burt Reynolds look in the Mist!
