Fantastic monster design and ambience, although its a bit of a throw-off going into the HD renovation where everythings been moved to awkward 3D Models. Maybe that's just me since it was the version I always replayed though. One of my all-time favourites for horror aesthetics, because besides the goofy one-offs and extraordinarily simple and short gameplay, the writing and setup for some of these one-off monsters is fantastic and has you on the edge of your seat no matter how many times you replay the damn thing.
I've got a soft-spot for this game and it's reinventions.

I dont know how to say it xD
I am still waiting for the " Make your Own Mansion" Mode xD
Maybe like... what I wish for this Mode, maybe you can just use the steam workshop to play other players creations, their own specimens, their own little storys, their own little decorations and rooms... it would be fun 😁

For someone who is easily friggin' terrified of playing horror games, this game's execution for what it was going for absolutely scared the living hell out of my body. I definetly and highly recommend people to play this game because I believe this game is the sleeper of horror games and deserves the recognition.

A cardboard cutout got me while my cat was on my lap and made her climb onto my shoulder and jump while scratching my stomach, thigh, and shoulder. 10/10 game. 0/10 experience with a cat.

This game should’ve been the face of Mascot Horror, not a certain animatronic bear in a top hat. This games story and characters are well built and well executed. It even brings genuine terror from time to time
