For those that have played Hunie Pop before then just avoid this one, it just a much worse clone of that game, those that haven't well the idea is that you're alone and then so magical being approached u and tell u that it has found some girls that u can date, u talk to them and complete a puzzle to progress further with that girl, there are a total of seven girls u can date and each having there own likes, personally, and unlockable images once u complete more dates with them. A few thing that annoy me are, the fact that u can only match left and right only, so no up and down what so ever, which screwed me over many times during dates(especially when the difficulty ramps up), and also that most of the dialog isn't even voiced @ all. If u want a game like this get Hunie pop, you'll have a much better expericence then with this.

This game is interesting... It appears to be a HuniePop clone, but is slightly easier. Slightly. I am still working on actually getting too far in the relationships since the difficulty scales at times, and you can only match by moving pieces horizontally.
Still it is cheap and if you can get into a rhythm fun.

A decent game. Basically discount Huniepop. while the puzzle part of the game isn't as "deep" as Huniepop, it is still fun and I would reccomend it for its price.
ALSO THERE IS NO HENTAI
just thought I should point that out for those of you who were planning on buying this game to see some sweet anime tiddies.
An Underdeveloped Omage to a Steam Gem
Man, I hate doing this.
After just an hour of play, it is painfully obvious that the developers(RhinoGearz) wanted to put a twist on the unique gameplay and themeing mashup of puzzle matching and dating sim greatness that was HunniePop.
Two hours after that, the painful gameplay forces you to realize that the efforts did not match the result they were trying to achieve. And, sadly, the gameplay is not the only area Puzzle Wishes will cause you pain in.
Partial Voice Acting was not a good decision in the development of this game. Having a seventh 'not-so-secret' unlockable heroine was not a good decision. Lack of controler-supported cursor use for the puzzle board was not a good decision. Separating the game modes based on a heroine's affection level was not a good decision. Lack of Day of the Week mechanics was not a good decision. And the worst part is that these and every subsequent sub-optimal decision I and any player will run across could have been fixed with about a month more of development time, and/or a wider feedback loop from playtesters.
Anyone who tries to bring adult-themed, mature contented games as HunniePop did is always worth a look in my book, as long as the developers are not attempting a cheap cash-in on another's idea. It's clear that is NOT what RhinoGearz was doing here, but it's also painfully clear that they missed their intended mark.
Also, as a last but VERY important note, I MUST say this: whoever tagged Puzzle Wishes with the 'Nudity' tag was f**king lying. Each of the SEVEN(7) scenes you unlock(one for each Heroine) is STRICTLY PG-13 material. Which, by the way, was also NOT a good decision.

I should of read the reviews on this game before I bought it.. Game is virtually unplayable, You can only move your jewels left or right which makes no sense... I play alot of puzzle games and this is a first for me.. There should be an update made Imo...

Gems only move side to side. Art is nice but story and game play is just boring.

Other negative reviews sum it up pretty well. This game has some good ideas but feels underdeveloped. The grinding is repetitive, the puzzle only lets you swap pieces left and right and the endings are not satisfying at all. If these things were fixed it would be a lot better. Probably check out HunniePop instead.

The art style isn't great and the puzzle gameplay is sluggish, but I could overlook these things if the game was playable. I've tried two playthroughs now, and when I marry 2-3 girls, my save data randomly disappears. And as far as I can tell, there's no skip dialogue feature like most dating sims have, so I have to click through everything again to get to where I was. It's tedious and I have no choice but to give up on completion.

Hmmm.... where to start with this one..
This is one of those games where I wish Steam had an actual rating system instead of a thumbs up/thumbs down system because it would certainly be somewhere in between.
As others have said, and as you may have noticed, there are a lot of similarities between this and Huniepop. In fact, this basically borrows its entire concept from Huniepop. Where this and Huniepop differ is that this doesn't appear to be quite as polished a product, and it certainly is a lot more difficult to progress in this game.
I like match 3 games, but this one differs a bit from a regular match 3 game in that you can only move pieces left or right on the game board. The game board then advances slowly towards the top of the play area revealing new rows of pieces on the bottom. Once the board reaches the top, you have about 3 to 5 seconds to clear the top pieces before the game ends. The whole big deal though is that this game relies so much less on skill and 9 times out of 10 you are relying on the gods of RNG to grant you enough pieces to work with to make the matches required in order to keep the game going. When you do find yourself out of luck and are forced to shuffle pieces from the top, it's not as simple as grabbing a piece and hastily moving it with your mouse. The pieces move quite sluggishly which further complicates things. I consider myself quite skilled at match 3 games... I actually did finish Huniepop. But during a recent play session on this game, out of 4 rounds, I managed to win only 1 of them... I seem to remember a similar record during other play sessions. At this rate, if this works at all like Huniepop, I'm headed very quickly towards the "You are still single" bad ending.
However, not everything is totally terrible with this game. The girls are drawn quite well and retain that "I would like to see more" aspect to them, if you get my meaning. In similar style to a lot of other dating sims, the music gives you that crazy "I'm stuck in an elevator" feel to it. What little of the voice acting I heard was OK, but I preferred it off because some of it was actually sorta cheesy. But that's one other bonus to the game... it allows playing with the voices off!
But, to sum things up, even though there is some playability here, I'm going to have to give this a thumbs down for now. Maybe if the gameplay was reworked a bit to make it a bit less difficult to actually win due to skill rather than pure luck, it would be easier to grant this a passing grade.
I suppose it comes down to this: Are you willing to pay money for a game that is like Huniepop only to have the content you want to see (the reason you wanted to buy this game, right? *wink wink* *nudge nudge*) walled off behind some unnecessarily difficult puzzles?

The good: The puzzle is fun, the backgrounds look good, and the main gameplay sprites are all well made.
The bad: The UI is bad. Simple buttons, needing to leave the main game to enter into a second game mode, the fact that most of the the puzzle sprites are just recolors.
There is only one puzzle that just gets harder. And unlike the game it is clearly trying to ape: HuniePop there's nothing the items of HP that shake up the gameplay, or the alt play mode that is thefinal test for each win.
The ugly: Some of the reward images are... well. As an artist myself I don't like to speak ill. But I would have never taken these to print on a game I'd charge more than a buck for. But even with the anatomy gaffs and stiff posing the reall problem for me is that they don't match the rest of the game's art. When I got my first one with the barmaid, it looked so off I actually wondered if the character sprites were ripped from a different game.
