Monumental failure feels like the right Mario Party games were assembled in a huge chaoticaly fun experience. It's the right game for playing with children and adults alike in couch multiplayer sessions. It is certain you will have a good laugth whenever you finish building a monument, if you are looking for to have crazy fun times with your friends this is the right title!

A solid and goofy co-op experience. As a student of ancient culture, I can safely say that this game is 100% historically accurate.

Not bad - several moments made me laugh :) I like that each level has lots of phases, but in another way I kind of wish it was possible to do smaller chunks. My favourite game in this genre, such as it is, is the little crain that could. I felt that has nicer tasks and stuff, but the humour in this is pretty nice in several places. I think I'd've prefered the game if everything was unlocked from the start - I wanted to play a quick coop game with someone and they wanted to try out one of the later areas, but we couldn't. I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this game to people, but I would happily chat with anyone else who had played it to compare experiences. (I didn't have a bad time with the game at all, but I only recommend games I really like. Not recommending != not liking)

really cool game, a kind of Overcooked-like where you play all together to achieve a monument. Controls are a little bit hard but it's really enjoyable with lot of differents situation ! Just too bad that the sounddesing and musics are not here cause it's like at its minimal. lot of fun with your friend at the end to manage differents situations and see at the end how much did you fail :D

This was fun shenanigans. I played it with some friends using the steam online co-op feature that works for local co-op games and it worked great for us. We played for maybe an hour and half to go through the monuments co-op once. I may come back to try to the versus later. I definitely recommend it for the laughs.

This game is extremely goofy and wonderful. I love being able to build no matter how shoddy the final result is. The coop is hilarious. A great party game. May or may not cure cancer.

8/10 - Would drop my workers out of a plane, strapped to a 40-ton slab of stone with bungie cords, without a parachute, as a delivery system for Stonehenge again. While it's not an early access title, the devs keep releasing new stuff for the game. The music is nice. The puzzles are fun, thematic, and incredibly whacky. It made me realize how shit my hands are at coordinating with one another. There are a few bugs and glitches, but nothing game breaking or even necessarily bad. Playing a whole level is fast enough (~20-30m) that replayability is encouraged to chase the extra stars. And extra hats. Did I mention there are hats? They did what? They added up to 10 player local multiplayer? I played cooperatively with one friend and it almost ruined my opinion of him as a functioning adult. Art and animation are simplistic, but not bad. And honestly with as badly as I ruined the colliseum, I'd rather not see it in photorealistic detail.

I don't review games usually, but this game is just so much fun/frustration to play with someone couch co-op. I genuinely recommend this game. The game mechanics are different from level to level so you need to learn on the fly, it's really challenging but is really satisfying when you get it right!

Fun but very short, in 2.2 hours I've completed all the monuments (not perfectly but I don't see myself coming back to improve the scores). Also the physics is very broken, while placing a part on a perfectly horizontal plane, it would 'ignite' and fly to the moon with no apparent reason. It's a fun game especially on coop but very short content and no DLC, even 6 euros is too high imo.

A very unique game with a easy to learn, hard to master type of gameplay. For someone like me, I had a hard time getting my hands to do what was required. Controlling 2 groups of people is quite a difficult task, one I wasn't quite prepared for. I have to say, that I love the "star" system. Getting rewarded for doing better, unlocking new outfits and such. It's the small things like this that make games so special. I have some gamplay of this game on my channel if you are interested in a quick look. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v5-u8DRFaXM&feature=youtu.be
