Somebody has been turning masses into zombies using cellphones and this is affecting the vampire economy. Find out the culprit by going through a series of exciting missions in this addicting click-to-play game.
The game features three unique game modes. Play the relaxed game mode with all the time in the world to complete the tasks at hand. Try multi-mode in which you can assign the tasks to your workers in queues without having them to return to you for taking the next order. However, if you are looking for a challenging game play, go for the normal mode and complete the tasks at hand in limited time.
Incredible Dracula: The Last Call Collector’s Edition features a simple click-to-play game play. Simply click the object to interact with it and the rest is auto-resolved.
Your goal is to complete different objectives in order to pass the level and unlock the next tougher one. These objectives can be completed with the help of resources that you will have to collect in limited time. Collect food, logs, silver blocks and open treasures in order to execute the tasks at hand.
Each task is executed at the expense of food and takes some time to be finished so you are going to have to choose your tactics wisely. Feed on cocoa beans or eat junk food to gather your energy and complete the desired objectives before time runs out in the normal mode of the game.
You can get a total rating of 3 stars in each level. To score more, make the perfect strategy to complete the tasks in as little time as possible. The less time you take to complete those tasks, the more your score will be and hence the rating. Collect 3 star ratings and win huge rewards.

Note: apparently bugs in the game have been fixed, including the level 27 bug. It appears most people have not updated their reviews despite this. I have played through the entire game without any problems.
A mostly solid time management game that you will get a lot of hours out of. Definitely not the best of its genre, but if you like this type of game you will most likely enjoy this one. A bit frustrating at times, due to being fairly restricted in how a level can be beaten. That is, you do it the way it was intended, or you will not be able to do it with a three-star rating.
If you do not care about ratings, you will have ample time to complete the levels.

UPDATE:
They fixed the bugs – after numerous mails to Alawar. It only took them three months....
But now I can finally recommend the game. It is funny and has a rare quality for a pc-game: You can play it over and over again – you’ll never be bored. New Bridge Games have done a great job. It is a funny game with a lot of playtime. Just love it.
If you bought the game earlier than October then check this thread:

Old post form July 2017:
The game is so broken. There is a major bug at level 27, which means I can't finish the level and therefore cannot continue. I am SO disappointed. The first game was so good, but this one seems to be unfinished by the developers New Bridge Games and the giant Alawar.
I have heard that Incredible Dracula II and the third one (not available on Steam) is functioning perfect on Alawars own site, because they have fixed the bugs - but didn't do it on Steam. It is NOT okay. If you do have a solution - then fix it. It would have been the perfect game - but you lost it!

Comparison with the first, the first gives more and more interesting, but this one is not bad either.
Frankie has been replaced with the fat princess and there are no buildings for money.
New things to do but also the old ones are rarely usable. The medallions are less than before, there are no new ones.
The story is not bad but very small. If you play a little, it is good, otherwise it becomes boring because there is little variety at all levels. Dracula again uses him to do stupid things and he uses Ruface as usual to do them.
A few bugs but nothing serious. It is best to play the degree without time, achievements are also earned. And some levels are quite long because they require too much resources for simple things.
Best with a discount, there is not much variety.

I loved the first game of "The Incredible Dracula". Part 2 is also good btu sadly not as good as the first one.
The humour is still great with little jokes and the achievments are unlockable in the free mode. (Thank you alawar). I also enoyed the story even though the first one was even better but it was still unique and interesting.
I read a few reviews that a lot of bugs were fninished from time to time but i still found one that popped up occasionally.
Sometimes it would like the game would freeze and you can only hear the sounds & music. This happend random in a few levels while playing. If this happens dont panic. Press "Esc" for the menu to open and "alt + Tab" out of the game for a second and switch in. And it is fixed. Worked every tiem for me and I didnt miss any time inside the game cause of the problem

Game Visuals
I want to mention that the visuals in the game are well done. The visuals can be adjusted in the game's option menu.
Game Audio
I want to mention that audio for the game is well done. Even though the audio is somewhat simplistic and repetitive. The audio can be adjusted in the game's option menu as well.
Gameplay
This is a strategy game, where careful planning is required, due to the limited amount of resources that are available.
There are three different difficulty game modes to choose from: Normal; Multi-task; Relaxed. The difference between these difficulty game modes are: Timer Speed and Scoring. The normal mode, the timer speed and scoring is low. The multi-task mode, the timer speed and scoring are moderately high. The relaxed mode, the timer speed is frozen and scoring is moderately high.
There are five different landmasses with the total of forty-five levels in the main story. There are fifteen levels in the bonus chapter. All levels have objectives assigned to them that need to be completed within the given time frame. All tasks can be chained together as long the path is not blocked.
All levels have a three star rating system. The stars are earned from playing the game. The star rating system represents how fast the level has been completed. Three Stars (Gold;) Two Stars (Silver;) One Star (Bronze.) There is an opportunity to replay levels for better star rating.
There are several different special power ups to help complete the level faster. These special bonus power ups come with a time limit. But they can be used again after they have been recharged overtime.
There are three sets of collectibles in the game: Cosplaying Sheeps; Ram Figurines; Stickers. There are scattered throughout the game for the player to find.
Since this is a collector's edition, there is a bonus chapter, but it can be accessed only after the main story is completed.
There are thirty-four different achievements that can be unlocked from playing the game. Each of these achievements does come with some requirements that need to be completed before they can be unlocked.
Miscellaneous
There are extra features in the game: Bonus Chapter; Wallpapers; Concept Art; Soundtrack and Game's Strategy Guide. Most of these extra features can be accessed only after the entire game is completed.
There are eight different trading cards to collect. Only three of those trading cards are given out by the game. There are several ways to get the rest of the trading cards: Purchased from the Steam's Community Market; Trade with friends; Booster Pack and its Booster Pack Creator.
Final thoughts: I have found the game enjoyable to a certain extent. The replay value for the game is low. I would recommend this game, but not at the game's full price value.

Game is broken and I'm stuck at level 3.
This is happening to other people in different levels too.
No answer or any kind of comment from the dev/publisher.
The game might be fun but I'll only know if and when they fix it.
Until then, thumbs down all the way.
Inclined to ask for refund since I'm not sure the game will ever work properly.
0/10 - For the lack of interest from the dev/publisher.
EDIT Feb 22nd:
A patch has been released and the game is working so far. Hope the bug was fixed for good.
Will update this review once I finish the game to reflect how I feel about it and not just it's problems.
EDIT March 15th:
Was able to play up to level 26. Now everytime I try to start level 27 the game crashes.
EDIT April 8th:
Was able to start level 27 but can't finish it since there are new bugs and my minions won't complete their tasks.
