Heroic Ranger's Fury Package Issue I bought the package called Heroic Ranger's Fury Package threw Steam from Riders of Icarus. I received it in Ellora's Storage and when I tried to claim it I got a error saying," DB error has occurred." I first went to character selection and logged back in the same character then I did not see the item. Nor was the package items or mount in my familiars storage or any items I was supposed to get in my inventory. I then exited the game but that still did not work The game is still fun but I want the package. I do not want to waste my money.

I've had this package for awhile now and its not bad but the only thing that really bothers me is not being able to use the mount on other characters that I make, since we purchased the mount and didn't just tame it I feel like it would be fair to have some kind of transfer system for all purchased mounts since we invested the money into it. I know this system will never be added but I think its something that should be thought about. Idk 25$ USD just seems like a waste for something you can only bind to 1 single character.

I was suprised that this package was only £18.99 since the other packages are higher but this package had all of the items i wanted and that it said it should have. It was worth the money

Absolutely love this package! Great price for great stuff! Radesh and Agnas are the cutest plus 30 days of freaking premium! :D P.s. This package is for all classes it is not only for rangers I wish someone would have told me before instead of me freaking out it's not gonna work :/ So this is my gift to the next person who wonders :D

Why not all new characters start with all instead it forces you to play ONLY one character you made........ Make it all DLC available for every new character we made.

DO NOT BUY THIS, you will not receive the items or get a refund and the customer service for riders of icarus DOES NOT EXIST been waiting on a "question" about his dlc for several days but as they have no ticket system only "questions you would like to ask" I really find it doubtful they will respond.
