I love history, even more war history, so i flipped out when i saw the Nurse had a WW2 outift in this cheap cosmetic pack.

The Bloodstained Sack is cool, and worth the $3, but I really wish there were more costumes for more killers. I understand that this was made prior to the release of the Shape, Hag, Doctor, and Huntress, but this DLC can easily be updated to add more customization to those killers.
What is good about this DLC: The Trapper's new masks were awesome. I loved wearing them and never wore anything else. Except maybe Iron Chuckles and the best new killer mask. The Hillbilly's scarecrow and farmer were cool too, and I quite enjoyed equipping them. The Wraith's facial markings were awesome, as well as the design it offered his cloak. The WW1 variant of the Nurse was so fun to wear despite how rarely I ever used her.
What is bad about this DLC: When I look at these characters I realize that most of them only have one or two outfits, all in all-- their regular outfits and their bloodied outfits. (I'd count the Black Hare, but come on... it's literally a cheap reskin of the regular hare and nothing else. Plus, the Doctor's secondary outfit choices are literally just more buzzy... his black suit is ALSO just a cheap reskin.) The Bloodstained Sack adds nothing to them.
Suggestions: Add outfits for the more recent killers. For example, give The Shape a paramedic outfit. He wore one in one of the Halloween movies. (At least, my friend says so-- I never actually watched Halloween. You may disregard this if you'd like.) Give the Hag a torn dress to wear, give the Doctor some different clothing items that AREN'T just reskins of his normal skin. Give the Huntress something less centered around his pillager design, maybe more centered around her childhood. Perhaps, clothing that Anna's mother wore?
All in all, I'd give this DLC a 7/10. While it didn't disappoint... too much... it could've been much more and way better.

The Trapper: Two different masks, nothing else. The masks look cool but thats it for Trapper.
The Hillbilly: Probably the best one, it changes his entire upper body outfit to a scarecrow or a cowboy. Again, thats it.
The Nurse/Shape: Nope. Nothing. Zero. Zilch. I get it with Michael Myers, with copyright and all, but the Nurse? Really?
The Wraith: A bloody five year old could have done that. Literally! It's a white pattern FINGER PAINTED onto the cloak!
(not literally finger painted i meant lore wise finger painted)
For what it is, and compared to the outfits of the 80s Suitcase, this is rather pathetic. It offers NO customisation, as all the outfit pieces are in the same place, and doesn't even give cosmetics to the Nurse, whom could have had great cosmetics.
If you play Nurse, Michael or Wraith, do not buy this. If you play Trapper or Hillbilly, maybe buy this. On sale. Maybe.
Edit: The new nurse outfit makes the sack better, as it at least adds outfits for the free four now. Still, some customizability/variety would have been nice. All the outfits, bar (edited, said "par") the nurse, are in the same slot, meaning you can't mix and match and make your own custom killer.

All of the pieces look good, although The Nurse's stand out as the best in my opinion. The Bloodstained Sack is great value for money - you get a lot more pieces than spending an equivalent amount of money on the in-game store would get you. If you're looking to get some quick customisation for your killers then The Bloodstained Sack is a great choice.

A few nice cosmetics for a low price.
I wish they made more DLC's similar to this one, but they probably won't,
because selling skins in the in-game shop makes them earn more money.
The Lisa Garland and new Oni skins cost 15€ each, which is even more than a chapter DLC.
Stop being so greedy Behaviour...

I am buying this DLC to support the dev that has worked really hard on this game. But, actually i feel a little bit dissapointed with this DLC because it has no nurse cosmetic and for the wraith it really doesn't seem like it's new one, more like just a redesign and added some pattern. The cosmetics for the trapper and hillbilly are awesome tho. Maybe you can consider giving the nurse skin for free next time? :)

Trapper & Hillbilly are pretty good. But the Wraith? Well for me i dont like it much. Hopefully the next DLC's are gonna be Better. (Like Halloween or 80 Suits Case). Keep the Game Great Devs.

Edit: Devs added 2 items for the Nurse to this pack, so the negative about her missing items has been removed.
This is a review I honestly wish that there was a Neutral option for because I am split between Positive & Negative.
Positives:
The Trapper masks look great. Plus, 1 of those masks was made by a community member
Hillbilly items are looking good and by far are the most diFFerent
The fact it adds more customisation options is always nice
The price is pretty neat for what you get.
Negatives:
Both Wraith items are just terrible re-skins
All the Killer items come under a single customisation option out of the 3 they have. So there are no full outfit changes
The 80's Suitcase had more items (and better IMO) for the same price
Like I already said, I am split with this review. However, I am going to leave it positive because the content is nice but at the same time somewhat disappointing.
