Sadly
all the outfits count a suits, so don't expect to mix and match anything below the neck, not to mention they should really have been in game before hand, while the outfits are AWESOME, the only customization that can be done on most of the armor is the neon on deckers and the shirt and armour parts on the Luchadores etc.
They are all awesome and cool outfits, but honestly, they shold have already been in store at each districts respective Unique store like leather and lace or Nobody loves me
They are great and worth it over some other packs
but because all the assets for these items are already in game, I can't reccomend it as a buy

Dress up like the guys and gals you blow away, if you like the sound of that then get this as part of a bundle or on sale, and ok DLC!

This was another great game of this franchise.
And honestly: There's nothing negative to say.
The campaign was a lot of fun, really amazing.
I enjoyed the gameplay, story and everything.
Especially the coop mod was really awesome.
Deep Silver made a ton of DLC's for this gem.
Some of them are really nice and worth a try.
But some of them are just a cash grab trash.
I love DLC's that increase the game playtime.
This one doesn't do that, so I don't like that.
It's basically a bunch of new items, that's it.
You won't get any playtime value out of it.

Steelport Gangs Pack is DLC that sould have been in the core game, and unlocked after beating up the various gangs.

[b]Story:[/b] There is no change for the story.
[i](Wouldn't it be cool is there was a story about how Atratzu didn't save over his old review, and now has to rewrite the whole thing? that would be nice. Also something about infiltrating the enemy gang by looking like them and fancy words like homicidal-sociopath)[/i]
[b]Gameplay:[/b] You unlock 6 new outfits with this DLC. [i](Pretty sure that's what I wrote last time too)[/i]
[b]Achievements:[/b] There are no achievements tied to Steelport Gangs Pack DLC. [i](That's what I wrote last time too)[/i]
[b]Price:[/b] The price for Special Ops Vehicle Pack is $2.99. I suggest getting a bundle deal by getting The Saints Purple Ops Pack for $3.99, or Ultimate Franchise pack for $54.99.
[b]Conclusion:[/b] [i](I miss my old version of this review)[/i] In the end it's a skip unless you really like aesthetics, I liked looking like I was from the Deckers, but spent more time dressed as a Knight, Ninja, or Wizard.

Why is this a DLC? This should've come with the base game. Why would you pay for other gangs' costumes in an individual DLC? This is kinda a robbery.

Saints Row: The Third - Steelport Gangs Pack: Meet the new gangs, same as the old gangs. This DLC throws in a few new gang-themed outfits and weapons that are as intimidating as a Chihuahua in a biker gang. Don't expect much excitement from this recycled content.

The decker specialist is broken as well as other stuff.
If you're gonna buy it, just check bug-fixes in the Internet for this Dlc.

Ever thought to yourself " Wow those bad guys look good", well if you have ever thought that then get this downloadable content because you will then get the option to dress like them. Its kind of fun to have these cloths in your wardrobe and mix it up sometimes when you just want to look like a bad-A. Its a fun downloadable content to have for aesthetic reasons and to make the game more fun to look at.

Negative points include the Morningstar Soldier outfit is only the female version and doesn't include the male and the Decker Specialist outfit uses heels instead of the roller skates that they use. Best bought with the Ultimate Franchise Pack or Saints Purple Ops Pack.

A warning: the Decker outfits only let you color the neon parts, and the Luchadore outfits only let you color the shirt and a small component like the kneepads. The Morningstar outfits are fully three-color customizeable (the red, pink, and black components).
Also, the headphones, masks, and glasses are the only separate components of these outfits; the rest are fully-body "suit" outfits much like the original Decker suit.
