Surprisingly engaging for what you'd think is little more than glorified real time Risk (the game). Found this gem in the Play Store years back and am very happy to have come back to it now on Steam. What makes this game is so unique is the real time element, ie. there's certain manoeuvres only possible thanks to that. This alone is already fun to play, but that is only to get the foot into your door: Now there's domestic policies, miracles the player can play (and are actually useful!!!, albeit it gets a bit messy in the end game), economics to manage (or destroy), planet shapes and so much more. The progression system encourages varied playstyles and experimentation - that's not only fun, but also extremely necessary because it'd get boring really quickly if a player just stuck to the same strategy every time. Don't dismiss the missions because it'd be uncomfortable to go out of your way to do it - you'll thank me later. Lots to see in a game that appears to be small but is a whole lot more than that. Not the type for everyone tho :)

I've played this game for a couple years now, when it was first on mobile. It's very fun and fast paced gameplay with a variety of civilizations to choose from and map customizations. Overall a fun game with or without friends.
