They are beautiful puzzles and they're not that hard to do, I truly enjoyed myself.. And here comes the but: the puzzle pieces have a problem sticking to the mouse, sometimes they drop of from the mouse; never mind trying to find it in all of the other puzzle pieces..

If you like puzzles, sure its a good little puzzle game. I just wish there was a way to turn off the moving picture part sometimes because some of those movements made me motion sick after awhile. Overall it is doable. I was able to 100% this under 30 hours and I suck at puzzles!

I bought this jigsaw puzzle game on sale for $1, and I like the graphics a lot more than most of the other jigsaw puzzle games for sale on Steam. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't let you choose how many pieces you want to be in the puzzle. Every puzzle has already been assigned a certain number of pieces, so some of the puzzles can take a few hours.

If you like to do jigsaws then it's good. For animal lovers, it's even more great. Just wait for the steam sales to kick in. The default price is really not worth it. What you see is exactly what you get. I enjoyed playing through the puzzles. Therefore I just have to recommend it. A positive review is well deserved here.

positives+++ +I like that there is a timer and you can see your best time on each puzzle by size. +Puzzle pieces position are save when you quit a puzzle and select another one. +I like the sort edge vs inside pieces. +Pieces snap to board and snap together suggestions~~~ ~I would add a "next" jigsaw puzzle button when you finish a puzzle. negatives--- -There is no sliders for the music or the sound, only on/off buttons :/. -You can't select the window size when not full screen. -Button visual respond are a bit weird. When the button stick out, it mean it's the selected one. Normally, it's the contrary, a button pushed down is the one that is selected. It's just hard to change the settings with the way it is right now. -Music is way to short and doesn't loop seamlessly making it increasingly annoying as time passes. -I can't select a puzzle pieces if the pieces is slightly over the board. -Need more background color choice. -Animation doesn't always loop very well. I wanted to try this game because it's different from regular jigsaw puzzle. It was okay. The UI doesn't look too polished. The way the game unfold (need to complete all difficult puzzles to be able to play the 60 pieces puzzle) is a bit of a weird progression. Background color, music, settings are also very restricted. Buy it on a 75% to 90% sale only if you wanna try.

One of the easiest puzzle games on the market! There is no need to rotate each piece as the position they spawn in are right side up. Also the puzzles are animated which brings the art further into life. There are ten puzzles total with three different difficulty modes; easy, medium and hard which is 60, 240, and 350 in puzzle pieces. The music is quite relaxing as you will spend anywhere from five to fifteen minutes up to an hour per puzzle. Rate 6/10 based on length and difficulty.

A jigsaw game with a total of 10 different animal themed images that you can solve with either 60, 240 or 350 pieces. The animated images themselves were pretty nice, but what I really love about this game is that you don’t have to hunt for edge pieces, the game can separate them for you.

I recommend this but only if it's on sale, it is 100% not worth full price (sorry). I've never seen a jigsaw game priced this high before, and being as it lacks quite a few basic features that most other jigsaw games have, as well as quite a few glitches, it most definitely is not worth the usual price range. I will do a quick pros/cons, sorry it's not detailed but I forgot to write notes as I was playing, and being as I started it 2 months ago I've forgotten a lot of what I wanted to say. (jokes, it ended up being detailed, you're welcome) Pros: - The animations somehow made it harder and easier at the same time which is impressive. On one hand it helps you match up pieces, but on the other it can be flashy/annoying and distracting. - You get a timer while you're playing which is cool. - Jigsaw piece positions are saved so you can exit the game and come back to everything where you left it. - Button to sort pieces into a "edges" and "inside piece" piles. Pressing this button again after you've completed the edges basically acts as a shuffle button as well. (imo a separate button should exist to avoid confusion) - Decent achievements (one for every puzzle, one for all sizes, one for completing the game). Cons/Suggestions: - Glitch mouse movements. You will often have a piece stuck to your mouse that you have to click again a few times to drop. And then the opposite, a piece won't stick to your mouse so you can't move it around. To quote another reviewer "Considering there is only one button to push for the whole game, it's rather pitiful it doesn't seem to work very well". - Lack of images and having to do them all 3 times each got slightly boring, hence why I spread them across a few months so I could "enjoy" them more - Pieces can be placed together before being placed on the board itself, but ONLY inside the board. You cannot snap pieces together in the "sorting area" which really blows. - You can only mute the music/sounds or have them on full. No sliders which is annoying. But to be fair, the music is awful, doesn't loop and will drive you insane after 10 minutes anyway. - MASSIVE issues with tabbing out (extreme lag, sometimes you have to tab out and in a few times to actually be able move your mouse). This can usually be solved by playing in "Windowed" mode... if only this game had that option >.> - Sometimes pieces get stuck if they're slightly off the screen, so you have to "shuffle" again, which you don't always want to do if you've laid your pieces out neaty. - I would like to be able to make the background (not the board background, as you get a few for this, still lacking though) a plain colour. It's sometimes hard to see the pieces on a pictured background. - The animation of the pictures can sometimes be a bit sudden. A few of them you'll find cause the whole thing to "flash" slightly which is very distracting. I'm not going to suggest a button to pause the movement because that would just turn it back into a normal jigsaw game, so definitely fix the loop of the animations. - The UI overall is a bit cheap/tacky, especially for the full price it's asking for, I would've excepted it to be *perfect*. In short, this is a basic jigsaw game (other than the animation part) that I would recommend if it's on sale (75%+).

Just Love Animated Jigsaws. The only downside is that normal jigsaws dont really appeal much to me, now. I originally got this as an in between game for every now and then, though found myself playing it more before i started any other session. There are 10 puzzles, at various puzzle amount/size categories. Once completed, other options open up. All in all, each puzzle has the choice of 60,120,350 puzzle pieces and besides the 60pc they took me 1-2 hours each to complete. 34 Achievements, easy to get, as they are for completion of a puzzle. Auto save, so you can come back to the game another time, and all the pieces are where you left them. 2 added functions - Jumble & Edge Pieces Of course Edge Piece sorting button is great, with no need to spend time looking through pieces. I used the Jumble function, when I was looking for the last few contrasting colour pieces, that often hiding under other tiles. Definatley recommended if you like jigsaw puzzles and havnt tried Animated Jigsaws yet.
Glitchy mouse clicks and short gameplay make this game overpriced
I love the idea of moving images on a jigsaw puzzle - it's just not possible in real life, unlike regular jigsaws. So games like this quite naturally appeal to me. There are only ten puzzles though. I enjoyed the images for a time, but when you have to replay each of them three times (for different sized puzzles) then it becomes a bit of a strain to push yourself through them. Thankfully pieces can be joined together before being placed in the frames - but this regrettably opens the door to the stacking exploit, where you can stack every puzzle piece on the one location, and click around it with a piece to rapidly form a large chunk of finished puzzle. Considering there is only one button to push for the whole game, it's rather pitiful it doesn't seem to work very well. Pick up, drag and drop, rinse and repeat. Sounds simple, in theory. Not only does clicking on a piece to pick it up fail too often for my liking, but releasing the button to drop a piece is just as bad too. Adding insult to injury, after having completed the game, you have to sit around and idle like a toddler in your crib waiting to receive all the card drops. Just... no.
