Worst in the entire series

didn't work. Got to the main menu but as soon as I clicked Hunt it just went to a black screen and didn't load anything. Tried to get a refund from steam but just an error message came up. Don't waste your money

Game is older, but the missions are short and fun as far as I'm concerned!

If I had a dollar every time I fell asleep at my desk with a hunting game running because it was so boring and bad I would have two dollars because this is the second time its happened

I have a very fond memory of being a kid, and playing the original Hunting Unlimited at my Grandpa's house. I continued to do that for most of the games up until about HU4. I saw the bundle for these games was on steam and decided to buy them. I must say this game is by far the worst Hunting Unlimited, if not the worst game I have ever played. It is no wonder that this one killed the series.

Glitchy graphics, no modern resolutions to select from, weapons have an xray looking bug, which is sad. But dont care, I can still nostalgia trip. I would advise not to spend $10 on this unless you used to play this back in the day, and know what the game consists of. Fun nostalgia game only

First of all I got this game for basically free in a bundle on sale, less than A $1, it is prob worth .05c. It is a terrible game. I have played Hunting Unlimited 1,2 and the 2010 version. this game has less game to hunt, less guns, bows, shotguns and other assortment of tools simply gone. The player cannot even crouch like in the previous games. This is such a downgrade. I would recommend buying the 2010 version, it feels like a full game. this game does not. What is sad to say is except for the graphics, the 2001 version is a better game than this.

My review used to be positive, but, I don't like doing this on games cause i try to be positive but honest, this game just is not good. The animations are bad graphics are actually good and updated which had potential (I'll talk about later) , and the animal kill counter is silly. First, the animal kill counter, it's just silly and annoying and I don't know why they couldn't make it like the old games, the old games are great, don't let this discourage you from buying them, I have reviews on some of them to. Now, the graphics, if they made this like there old games with these graphics this could have so much people playing this and loving it. The animations, the animations are very bad. The modes, the mode where animals charge you is kinda boring after a while, they run at you and you shoot. The gun collection, all it is is different variants of the same weapon and there's only 3 weapons, the old games have countless weapons, I do not like this game.

Absolutely terrible. The game mechanics are very bad even by 2011 standards. The hunting is absurd and it really just feels as though this game was thrown together in about 5 minutes. It does not show you a shot pattern or any specifics on your taget hit nor does it show you a bullet would or arrow to confirm where you may have hit. Imagine a glorified Nintendo "Duck Hunt" and it is just about that specific. The weapons are even worse. You get your choice of about 8 weapons but there are really only 3 the rest are just upgrades for example you get a "rusty shotgun" or a "rusty bow" "Most bows are wood or carbon fiber so I have no idea how this works" and you just advance to a better quality weapon while totally ignoring the caliber of weapon. It seems as though someone who makes fantasy games took thier hand to a hunting game and this is what you got. For instance the shotgun is just "shotgun" and the rifles and bows are the same way with the exception of the "Sawed-off" (illegal to hunt with btw. Where they going for a zombie shooter?) which is the only weapon that acrtually has any added detail to its dynamic but still no caliber or shot type is mentioned. All in all the game is very very terrible I asked for a refund after a meager 18 minutes.

If you're looking at this game and asking yourself "hmm, maybe I should get this game" I'm telling you this right now. Do not get this game! It's waste of time and money that could've been used on the older better 2010 Hunting Unlimited. This game proves that graphics isn't everything, because this game is missing the basic features that the 2010 model had in it. The game feels clunky and empty. There's no "Complex" method of playing this game like 2010. So I advise you to never get this game. Waste of money and I even wouldn't play this even if it was free.
